Know a guy who used to work for tvr, he said every car has writing somewhere hidden, usually insults to the painters from the assembly line lads😂 sick review man🤘🏼
Johnathan Hughes think your right mate, i only live like 20 minutes from the old factory he told me the night workers used to apparently rag the bollocks of the cars at night then dial back the clocks
I agree that the car is beautiful and it will always be but the rounded edges in the back, concave rear panel and the Bugatti-like swoop in front of the doors are dead giveaways to it being a design from the 2003-2007 era. You see similarities in cars like the corvette and vipers close to this time. And I do think it’s beautiful.
It's VERY rare that i'll watch a car review video from start to finish....but I did with this one, because it was fantastic. It was honest, entertaining and you managed to get across the excitement that these cars are supposed to give us. You've gained another subscriber!
My dad was actually the designer of this car. He is currently designing an electric bike part of his company, northernlight motors… and is made of fibreglass.
Nick I agreel, can you lend me 20k, just want a low milage Cerbera, the 420bhp 4.5 litre version. Ill chuck in a Mk5 Golf GTI stage 2 275bhp, lowered on Bilstein Coilovers, R32 disks and calipers, full Milltec exhaust system Also you can have the Wife, not a bad cleaner but lacks enthusiasm, regarding food your best option is to live off take aways, or die! Give her a glass or 2 of wine and your defo getting laid. Point to note any more than a bottle she becomes aggressive and emotional, then is sick several times. So, to conclude a classy tuned and subtlety modded MK5 golf gti and a less than average wife. For 20k👍👌
Lucky enough to have had a new 450 Chimaera and then traded it in after 3 years for a new Tuscan..... Tuscan was all round the better car ... but if i was to take one back now it would be the Chimp
I was just in England this week and saw an orange Sagaris parked at Kensington. It was really neat. To have watched the TG video of it 10 years ago and then to actually finally see one in person was really awesome. Such a cool looking car.
The first time i fell in love with this car is when i bought this car in a game Its an absolute beauty, and the sound is like heaven And then there's this video which make me love it more And then there
British people with russian money 😂 brilliant Excellent review man I used to live in Blackpool and passed the TVR factory every day there such a special car made with scaffold poles and the most notchy gearbox ever! Tight and precise exactly how we like them 👌🏻
So jealous! One of my dream cars, remember seeing this on Top Gear when it came out, thinking I;d love to buy one of them one day when the price drops...how wrong I was.
Always had the Sag as a dream car... The original MPH 03 mock up was awesome, then as a teen I saw the 04 birmingham motorshow prototype... Big numbers from a car 1/3rd the price of a Gallardo. 400bhp in something the same size as an MX5 with those looks, yes!
For around the same money now, you wouldn't even be able to buy a car half this monstrous :( They might actually be lighter than an MX-5. They are some of the quickest cars you can buy for under 100k tbh.
Those cerberas were insanely quick from what i remember, my friend had one and when it decided to work it felt like the fastest car i had ever been in, it probably was but it didn't like to be driven hard, that was a shame, hopefully the sagaris is more reliable as it is post Russian revolution....I dunno!
He actually reminds me of like an Ali-A of cars, he has this bright, lovely, just purely a British dude being happy about what he gets to do, it’s very wonderful
They did a flip colour as well, from one angle it looks purple and from another angle it looks silver in sun light it looks proper good. Best review your done imo you can tell your enjoying the drive, I'm sure TVR will be back making more mad looking cars.
Great vid Adam. I'm extremely jealous that you got to Drive a Sagaris. One of my all time favourite cars and still the coolest car brands there are.... Along with Aston Martin!! :)
Brilliant review Adam, really enjoyed the content. Just a petrol head expressing his reactions with no BS!! I look forward to the next one. As well as cars, I would love to see some bike content, just brought my fix big bike after passing (GSXR-600), and it would be super cool to see your reviews on different bikes.
Nice to see a real car with engine sound that pops and bangs, no fake mappings with steroid charged ( sorry turbocharged ) mute engine with fake engine sound piped via the speakers. Modern cars sucks so much, you never hear the engine noise as these cars approaches you, it's like diesel clattering noise with droning exhaust that pops and bangs exhaust. My is over rant!! I always rant when I see a real car as an ole petrol head from the 90s to 08. I feel better now, mate thanks for posting.
I saw this car for the first time in a movie called "The Heavy". I immediately searched it up, & therein started dream planning on getting it to the states
I remember seeing one at a petrol station when they'd just come out, bright electric blue. Looked and sounded *amazing* and was soooooo loud. I love all TVRs tbh.
I’ve always loved TVR’s, childhood dream cars. The Sagaris being one of my favourites. Also great review! 👌🏻 when are you becoming a presenter on Top Gear 😂
I actually own this exact car and its not up for sale. Privileged to own it as its custodian. More fun than you can imagine. I take it to numerous big shows in the Southeast so if you see it, come over and say hello
Used to have one of these in black - Starlight Black I think it was called. Extremely memorable car, great sound, decent handling. Broke down 3 times in about 18 months of ownership though 😬
That is my dream car and has been since I was 3 I’m 17 now and I’m so incredibly jealous my uncle had a t350 and that’s the closest I’ve been to a sagaris I’ve seen one in person but it was very brief
TVR has potential to be successful, But they need to be Left hand drive for the United States market! Yes some of these cars were bought by us Yanks RHD and all! Especially the one used in the John Travolta movie Swordfish! I personally love the Tuscan! My suggestion for TVR is build a mid engine Speed 12 supercar for the flagship car!
Adam - Thanks for this review - really enjoyed it... I'm getting back into a TVR (Tuscan mk1) (for the second time) let me know if you want a ride once its restored (! everything!)
Colchester!!! Big up the Essex Boy Racers!!! I remember having many a race through the middle of Colchester back in the 90s in my Astra GTE 16v haha!!! Going to cruise meet ups at Tolgate, good times!!!
I found this in Forza 5 and didn’t really like it. Eventually, I found the pearl orange paint and changed the rims and stance. I’ve absolutely fallen in love. If I had the money for a proper collection I would probably try to include one. Can they be imported to the States? It’s funny. I never really liked the Cerbera Speed 12 either until I watched a video about it recently and that thing is ridiculous. The Griffith got me immediately. I just learned Gordon Murray was involved so I probably shouldn’t be surprised.
Great video & car. Does anyone know why the Sagaris is so much more expensive than a Tuscan or T350? I mean I know it would generally be a bit quicker, but it's still a Speed 6, it's still built the same etc etc, so not sure how they can be more than double the price at the moment?
It's stunning but I'd have the 350 Targa. I know it's not as good a car but they're a lot cheaper to buy and run. If I had a Sag it would end up a garage princess and that's not my thing, cars are for driving. Are people still taking about the day a Sagaris and a Lancia Delta drove through town?

I was gutted when TVR vanished, but hopefully it sounds like things will be running again shortly. I cant wait to see what they have in store for us!!!

When I did body and paint at Bispham college a few of my tutors had come from TVR. Top blokes.
usually several penis are drawn under panels
They do indeed have many quirks ;)
I love the appreciation of the sagaris 👍
My dad owns a black sagaris - it looks like a bat mobile! 👍👍👍
Timeless design, looks more 2019 than it does 2006
I agree
This thing is timeless
It looks like a concept of 2020 form 1960. Both classic and more mordern looking than anything being made today.
I agree that the car is beautiful and it will always be but the rounded edges in the back, concave rear panel and the Bugatti-like swoop in front of the doors are dead giveaways to it being a design from the 2003-2007 era. 100 percent. Those headlights especially could be on any modern supercar and look incredible.
Still looks better than 99% of the crap on the road these days

It's not about 406 bhp being low for today, it's all about power to weight with these. These tvrs seriously shift.
My dad was actually the designer of this car. He is currently designing an electric bike part of his company, northernlight motors… and is made of fibreglass.
10:45 took me back to seeing this on Top Gear as a kid and I remembered why this is a dream car of mine 😍
Everyone should own a TVR at some point in their driving life
I've been lucky enough to have had 4. All second hand . And when you didn't need a mortgage to buy one
I looking at buying one next year when I sell the car I’m restoring now
Nick I agreel, can you lend me 20k, just want a low milage Cerbera, the 420bhp 4.5 litre version.
Ill chuck in a Mk5 Golf GTI stage 2 275bhp, lowered on Bilstein Coilovers, R32 disks and calipers, full Milltec exhaust system

TVR and Lotus, dream sportscars to me and they both “British”
I cannot remember watching a whole 20 min car you tube video until now.. Adam, your enthusiasm is infectious, love you man !!

TVR and 'easy to drive' together? What?
That is the biggest shock of my life, and my god I think we'd all kill to get one.
Every time I see one of these I’m still blown away by them. I’d love one over any new supercar
Great video Adam, stunning car. I have had 2 TVR,s in the past, Chimaera and a Tuscan. But the Sagaris is the dream car, love the colour of this one.

stunning tvr my absolute fav. bonkers looking sounds awesome goes like hell

The Sagaris is mental 🤯
This is more of a supercar than the GTR is
No way is it, high end sports car, gtr is a focused car
Agreed, I'd have the tvr anyday. More of an event
GTR = dull on the roads, great on track. Sagaris - great everywhere.
