Got email advertising this Toys Apollo company, research led me to this video. Great to know to stay away from that *Scam Site* So sorry to hear so many people got ripped off. Hope you all get some justice.

I was a regular customer with them for a good while, and for a good long time there were great. Everything I ordered showed up within a week from ordering. Then they suddenly just started taking ages to send out my figures. Last one was peacemaker. Despite saying it was in stock it took two months to get to me. At the end of the day I have gotten everything I ordered, but I decided to quit while I was ahead, was considering if it was worth seeing if they were worth giving a shot again but maybe I’ll just stay away for good. They screw me with Gandalf ,more than 500 emails send,no answer the worst of the things also I preorder the Aragorn...so now I will be double screw for sure
They were good for a while. I reached a point where i had about 6 orders with TW that never shipped. Every time i would email them i would receive a reply from a different person? this in itself seemed weird. I started to wonder if it was the same person replying all the time and signing the email with a random British name, like Sarah or Emma, or Kate for example. In the end, i did a deal. Cancelled all 6 orders, give me store credit, and i purchase a number of 'in stock' figures, and TW sent them. I moved on, and did not use them again. It is what it is. They screwed up in the end. I am now using Toys Buying Agent, and he/she/they? are good, for the moment atleast. For InArt i use SugoToys in Australia.
I've also ordered from them in the past, and they always delivered until a year and a bit ago. My pre-order for SooSooToys red knight came in about 8 months ago surprisingly, but unsurprisingly nothing else I pre-ordered came in.
OMG! Now they've changed their name and here comes business as usual! They need to be shut down altogether. I ordered the Hot Toys Wonder Woman WB100 figure from them. Luckily, I got my money back from PayPal but that is the exact WRONG figure to f*** me around over. I'm STILL angry about it.
I'm amazed that so many ppl are still getting scammed by Toys Wonderland. They've had a tonne of negative press and major 1/6 scale content creators have been warning others about them. Sorry to hear they took your money but this is nothing new unfortunately.
They messed me around but I won in the end paid for four 1.6 figures got one out of the four complained after months then got refunded for all four so got four different ones 3 turned up waited months for the last one kept blanking me bit got a refund for all four again so picked four others didn't here from them for ages contacted one of there you tube lot he got all four sent out the next day .so in total 8 figures for the price of four I know use kghobby
@Libertycustom73 obviously nothings happened about it. Hence why now's the time before even more people become affected. There just isn't enough awareness being spread.

I’m going through the same experience. I paid in full an Inart Gandalf and got scammed $480.

I NEVER HAD A PLROBLEM WITH THEM MAYBE BECAUSE I HAVE SIMPLE ORDERS USUALLY 2 HOT TOYS AT A TIME 1/6 SCALE.
I think also the issue could be they are on stop supplly with vendors which is why they cant fulfil orders
@mikelamacchia6297 its due to secondary market value. If they can't make a profit, they'll just keep your money anyway without delivering.

I got refunded store credit and just used it on the recently released Hot Toys AOTC Anakin Skywalker. Fingers crossed.
