- We review the absolutely outstanding Large Monster Series Godzilla 2019 figure from X-Plus. This is the Shonen Ric exclusive version, with blue coloring and light up fins and eyes. It is based on the 2019 movie Godzilla King of the Monsters.
We compare it to several other statues, action figures, and toys: the X-Plus Gigantic 2019, the X-Plus Deforeal 2019, the Bandai 10 inch 2019, the Jakks Pacific 12 inch 2019, the Playmates 11 inch 2021, the MTime 24 inch 2019, and the X-Plus 30 cm 2014.
The Large Monster Series of figures from X-Plus are each about 25 cm tall, or 10 inches.

They should have made the tail light up a little....maybe you can extend a light but then not sure if you need to have clear tail fins....

I have the 2019 and GVK figures My only gripe is the “fat” hips. From the side ebooks fine, but from the front is too round.
That detail is where spiral and prime 1 do it a little better

Ebay is the only option now that I am aware of. As you may know, these Shonen Ric exclusives are only sold for a limited time on the Shonen Ric website. The pre-ordering window is well before an item ships. It's unfortunate, since it's hard to judge from the pre-order photos how much you would like an item.
Luminous right I was going to order it during the window but I was in the middle of a move so when I was ready to finally get it they already sold out gonna try and get that one and the spiral king ghidorah if I can still find it
If you do get the Spiral Studios King Ghidorah, please let us know. I don't think I know anyone who is buying it, and I am very curious to know how it turns out.
