They look wicked all on the table together. I have all of them as well, just with a different selection of RICs than yourself. I collect lots of xplus, but the gigantic figures are my favorite. I cant wait until the spring for the 64, and hopefully a future 89 announcement!
Got them all after 6 trips to Tokyo over the last 5 years. Didn’t get any Ric versions because I found the non Ric versions to be more scary and didn’t want to pay more for little extra pieces. Was able to find most of them below original price due to the great quality of figures at second hand stores in Akihabara and Nakano Broadway.
That's very cool. Do you ship these items after you buy them, or do you take them on the plane with you? GForever has been to Japan but I have not. I hope to go before too long. I think GForever took all his purchases onto the plane.
I take two very large suitcases ( One is a hardshell)with me every trip with a carry on with my clothes in one of them and a Heavy coat in the other. Then when I come home I use the carry on for the clothes and have 2 huge checked bags with all my figures in them. I also use Briggs and Riley suitcases that have their bars on the outside of the suitcases so I have a flat interiors on the insides. Then I load all my boxes big and small in them like Tetris pieces. Works great because no interior bars to bend the boxes.
You know the shin Gojira design I think was an ok design and the movie was a decent due to it focusing on the political side of things. But that X-plus shin Gojira figure is killer dude. I would definitely buy that. The detail and painting is beautiful
Great review! Just picked up the Godzilla 2000 and my goodness he is a long boy with great detail on the painting, has some of the best eyes I've seen on any figure. Hopefully I can find the Shin Godzilla someday that's my ultimate collector goal lol.
Sorry for the delay in this comment but I would like to know if there are still models of those godzillas or if you could send them to me at a negotiable price of course thank you very much
Hmmm it really depends on your favorite design. Have to say the Shin G is an original release and has quite a menancing pose. If you love G62, then this is one of the best representations out there. G95 and G2001 are very stylized but also look very cool. G2000 is cool if you like the Maquette version but the pose feels generic to me. G54 pops out but suffers from awkward eyes when facing straight.
X-Plus is focused on the size and details while SH Monsterarts is focused on details and articulation. Neca would be the go to brand for something more affordable with articulation.
No worries. I've been in your shoes when I was little. Put it on a wish list. One day when you save up enough for it, you will be able to get one too. Patience and hard work is key.

Yes, GForever is going to need a bigger table!
That is true!
I've always loved godzilla's skin texture
Hi
I want all of these, and they will become my pride and joys! These figures are SUPREMELY made.
They are. Set goals and they will be yours!
Absolutely outstanding! Go, Go, Godzilla!
Godzilla really knows how to get me hankering for some Wegman's Basil Pesto Sauce! lol
Gotta love that pesto.
Love your collection. Hope to have a great Godzilla collection to

Yes, we still get together, but we can record better sound using Zoom.

@@paulleinenbach2859 Excellent! I like using hard-shell luggage but I did not know about Briggs and Riley. That's great to know. Cheers.
Im exited for the 1989 gigantic series figure. That qnd king goji are the two i want
Absolutely beautiful!!!!!
I want them all so bad but they're so expensive 😭
That’s what I’m saying 💀
Wow it's amazing the Godzilla
These are pretty much as good as Godzilla toys get.

Agreed! It is a beautiful piece in the collection. I wasn't a fan of the design but it is growing on me after getting this figure.
how fragile is the matieral on the 1954? if it came from japan in a box, could it easily get broken in the box? or if it fell off a shelf?
Ok Yujis depiction of Godzilla 2000 in is utterly impressive
looks epik
And also that shin looks badass!ima get it.

Excellent! Yes, Shin Godzilla is well worth owning if you get the chance.
1954, vs kong, burning, and 2001 looks great
Awesome for sure!
I have the 1962 Godzilla X-plus. I wanted to ask if need be can the tail be removed to repack and take with me or it's permanently on? TIA
The Gigantic G62 can have the tail removed. The 25cm G62 can be removed as well. The 30cm G62's tail can be removed into two segments.
I'm thinking to get burning heisei Godzilla. It's just amazing
I always used to be so skeptical of the 1962 suit
Sorry for the delay in this comment but I would like to know if there are still models of those godzillas or if you could send them to me at a negotiable price of course thank you very much
thank you for a very informative review on these figures-really a fantastic sollection!!
You are very welcome. Some new Gigantics are on the way. I look forward to share them with everyone soon!
Out of all of them which one would you recommend

$650 before shipping for the Standard is about the current price
Near $800 plus shipping for the Ric Boy version
1962 God is fkn awesome
Imo the most bad ass 1 is the GMK....4get Godzilla 2014 have GMK GODZILLA fight kong in 2020.
Beautiful Godzilla's but it's just a shame that they would make them like that. and not make them articulate...
X-Plus is focused on the size and details while SH Monsterarts is focused on details and articulation. Neca would be the go to brand for something more affordable with articulation.
Why do these have to be so dam expensive 😣
Because Toho... Godzilla tax.... :(
