It's a wild animal for goodness sake. Expect them to be volatile and take necessary precautions to protect yourself.
I wonder if you offered a bear a lot of sweets like a dozen jelly donuts, candy bars and things, wouldn't it just be interested in eating them and leave you alone if you quietly sat there? maybe they have different personalities so it depends.

It's funny how this channel describes every bear as "ferocious and hungry," but most of these bears are just wandering around and stumble upon some people, which peaks their curiosity. So, Yeah, Nicely Done.😎 #50 That's why you don't feed the wildlife. Animals will get complacent and start expecting food from humans. I've heard of an elk or deer that were feed by humans and started attacking or at least showing aggression when not fed. Those animals had to be put down for public safety. I was told growing up "Look with your eyes, not your hands" My mom probably meant that to be for objects but she was also right about Nature.
If people are living among bears or other wild animals, they should make sure to install bars in front of their windows, and in general, think about security.

#8 at 1:01:57 The commentator says two men are exxploring the woods when they come across two bears when in fact they are bear hunters who are in a blind over a bait barrel meant to attract the bears within shooting distance. Nearly one quarter of all the clips are wrongly described.
The English woman was laughing. She's a lot braver than I. That bear also looks pretty thin and hungry. It wouldn't surprise me if it came back in the dark. No way could I sleep in the tent there as you could wake up being eaten alive.

They also kept coming and puncturing the humming bird feeder and drinking the nectar like it was a little supple cup. Finally I have to climb on a deck railing and hang the feeder very high. Cuz the bears kept hitting it and knocking it down and drinking the sugar water. The lady above me had hindered a of peaches on her trees and they were all ripe and smelling sweet. The bears came and ate every peach in one night. Lol. I had baby bears looking in my windows too. It was scary at first. But I got used to it coming home at night and a bear would be like 6 feet from the house door So I’d go in a different door.
