I would argue that the Spaniards and the French are far more similar than Italians and Spaniards, at least in terms of sociology, traditions and personalities, also in their open-mindedness, but Italy and Spain are more similar in terms of architecture and language.
@@commenter4190 you clearly have no idea what you're talking about or you're either Italian, probably a mix of the two. 😂 But the French and the Spanish will agree with that statement, there are a lot of intercultural commonalities between Southern France and Northern Spain, far more than any connection Italy and France might have. Northern Italy is, if anything, closer culturally to the Austrians.
@@stateofdreaming northern Italy IS NOT closer to the austrians if not for the little Sudtirol enclave (where anyway 40% of population speaks Italian and Ladin), north of Italy is a ROMANCE speaking land and people speaks gallo-italic dialects (which are not dialects, but independent evolution of vulgar latin as the same "Italian" is) part of the larger "Gallo-Romance" group including France, french switzerland and belgium, etc. Sei italiano o spagnolo?
@@commenter4190 I'm not Spanish nor French or Italian, I'm English and I read about history and sociology, that's why I know what I'm talking about. I can guarantee you the French have way more in common with the Spaniards than with the Italians. Southern France and Northern Spain also look way more similar to eachother than anything Italy and France have in common, as well as local traditions, manners and cuisine. There's Andorra (a country in between France and Spain) that is the perfect mix between both countries, Occitan language is also spoken in some places in Spain and France, catalan is spoken in some places in Southern France and the Basques have also territory in France, as well as in Spain. There are a lot of connections and common grounds that the French and the Spaniards can find and interact with. We'll never agree on anything given that you are so blinded by your nationality that you want to build a different narrative and I'm just an outsider looking in, telling you what I've experienced getting to know all 3 cultures. Good day to you.

Sorry, but there is a mistake in the first picture: you cannot compare the presidente of the italian republic with the spanish prime minister. They have different roles. You are comparing prime ministers (Draghi vs Sanchez) or two cheafs of the State (italian president of republic vs spanish king).

Why is the UK inferior?
@@ledues3336 Because the UK at one point got the Chinese addicted to opium, committed mass genocides against India's population, owned a bunch of slaves from Africa, etc. etc.

Sometimes all we can do is let go. Spain has ruled a part of Italy until 1861, when it was driven after putting up a fight. If we kept grudges we would have to hate them.

SPAIN❤️
I would argue that the Spaniards and the French are far more similar than Italians and Spaniards, at least in terms of sociology, traditions and personalities, also in their open-mindedness, but Italy and Spain are more similar in terms of architecture and language.
BS, Italians and Spaniards are very "similar", except that Norther Italians are more similar to French and Southern Italians to Spanish!
I disagree with architecture at least some regions of Spain. You may want to look it up Coruña, Galicia. You will find Gothic architecture .
