Even in '85 I thought this was a weird combination of bands. Venom and Metallica headlining over Nazareth and Wishbone Ash. It seemed like an effort to showcase the whole spectrum of the scene.

Ich war auch da und kann dir nur zustimmen! Die Mehrheit der Fans war wegen Metallica da! Die Performance von Warlock und Running wild war auch Hammer!
Gab damals das Gerücht, dass Venom nicht vor Metallica spielen wollten. Ursprünglich sollte Metallica headlinen. Mir wars recht. Venom waren grottig schlecht an dem Tag und wir mussten eh zurück zum Bus. Der fuhr Punkt Mitternacht.
Mein erstes Open Air mit zarten 16 🙂 🤘🎸👧🏻 - schade, dass Metallica nicht auf dem Video vertreten ist; damals haben sie (noch mit Cliff Burton) das Album "Master of Puppets" präsentiert - ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!
hahahaa!!! love that band Restless!!! even though one guitarist looks like Howard Stern from 1985 and the bassist has this Hitler mustache thing going on BIG TIME!!... and oh, the singer looks like a reject from an old WWF wrestling match maybe??? hahahaaa!!! love it!!!
They misheard her anouncement for the song, LOL. And even on the vhs cover they printed the wrong title. I'm almost certain that Metal Hammer itself didn't have much to do with the production of the video, as they surely wouldn't have made such a stupid mistake. Also they made the Warlock clip basically unwatchable because of wrong aspect ratio.
Voll geil! Ich war da auch. Das allererste Konzert in meinem Leben und bis heute unvergessen. Lagerfeuer und nur 1 oder 2 Buden mit Wurst am Stiel und Bier.
