    If you sink the move in when he goes for the roll out, he actually gets stuck himself, but also if you want to synch it in more to ensure he doesn't roll out, you can do a high crotch grab like with the omoplata to ensure he can't roll. :)

    Totally legal. I doubt you'd ever see it though. Too high risk for the fighter executing it, and the odds of a fighter who's good enough to even be looked at by the UFC getting caught in something like that are pretty slim. Sick move, though.

    you can always just do the lock with your arm instead of using your legs but of course you cant go for a choke if you do that.

    Standing lebell lock is good, but I never had the balance. I have to use the seated.

    Limp arm would work if he was quick but not once you grab the wrist
