I have had my axe Fx 2 many years but the honeymoon is not over. Thanks so much for sharing your experience and awesome presets. This brings new life to the Shiva for me. I have been reading up on this thing and watching videos and learning on my own and I never seem to cease to find new tones and possibilities. Between the forums and videos like this I can see many more years of enjoyment out of my Axe f 2. I may not even get a 3 but I sure bet I will end up getting get a 4 if not. I can only imagine digging into the Ae f 3 and all it does compared to this one and it makes me wonder how I would ever have the time to learn both inside out. These boxes have so many uses its phenomenal. Great video and tones my friend I look forward to watching all your videos. I just subscribed.

Thanks. I'm definitely going to revisit the Shiva. You might want to demo some of the tones at the beginning of your videos. It was 2:40 before you let us hear it. Most people aren't interested in talk until they know if it's something they like. Food for thought.

Great sound and minimal tweaking - excellent
had kinda written off my axe fx2 tbh - went back to an amp fx setup - fell upon your channel and the axe is now in flight case bag with a matrix power amp n hooked upto 2 1x12 v30 cabs ..
Thank you for rekindling my interest with your practical approach to tones - I spent far too much time tweaking based on forums advice n lost the faith particularly as 3 came out n was another best thing ever etc ..
I have a gig in two weeks n am setting up axe to use loan cabs at venue ( gt75 based marshalls) n a simple soldano based patch with crunch / lead scenes ..

Sure, the JP2C isnt there in the Axe FX 2, but I do have a video Mesa Boogie IIC++, do it check it out, it should be somewhat similar. I'll try to do something for the 6160 in the near future. Cheers and thank you!

You always create the best tones. I dont know if you use one but a video on the MFC 101 controller would make a great video to go along with the Axe Fx. Have a great day my friend. Love your channel.
