Whoop 🙌
My favorite stadium Stones song!
Whoop 🙌
This has to be the dictionary definition of Rock & Roll
Whoop
I saw them last year in Atlanta, they are still great.
Whoop 🙌
The lyrics and the message in this song make it one of their masterpieces.
Whoop 🙌
The rock n roll circus version captured the timbre (John an dYoko in audience), but the get your yayyas out version 70or 71 is my favorite. Mick Taylor’s guitar solo is amazing
ROCK ON!
I saw them just last year at Hyde Park….. they still got it! (RIP Charlie).
Whoop 🙌
Hey guys! Fun to watch the reaction to some of the stuff I grew up with! I'd like to suggest something that might be new to both of you-a reaction to the man who turned down the chance to become a Rolling Stone, the guitar genius Rory Gallagher. Try checking out the amazing guitar skills he shows in the blues number "I Wonder Who" performed in Belfast in 1984-absolutely mind-blowing guitar work of a master on the guitar. The Stones had tried to recruit him when Mick Taylor left, but Rory chose to pursue his own path and never achieved the fame of many of his counterparts (think Clapton, Beck, Page) since he eschewed releasing singles and preferred performing in smaller venues and making a deeper connection with his audiences. He did, however, sell over 30 million albums so certainly no slouch! He toured endlessly and he was known as the "hardest working musician in the business" as well as the "best guitarist you've never heard of". Try taking a listen! Thanks.
thanks so much!
Rory Gallagher is going to be a dads archive
He was fantastic
This took place in 2006
