13:59 personally I think it is kind of campy but not because of the song itself, it's primarily a combination of the choreography (eg. the limbo part, the hair twirling and side-kicks, and Loha throwing her entire back out) and having seen some of their previous releases like Oopsie! My Bad for me; there's a lack of silliness in the MV itself but if you do the choreo in plain clothes, and if you look at some older releases (excluding Girls), there is some silliness to the group I think and I love that.
