    You just totally went against everything I've been reading. I just don't know what to do any longer. I try so hard to be healthy and be informed. Now I don't know what to do. So confusing for the average person.

      Take everything 20 minutes apart, more if you don't have an insane metabolism like me.

      Vitamins are about useless as they go through your body faster than they are absorb. It's a money making scam. Just eat plenty of meat .

      It's probably the vitamin supplements, making you sick. Stop all of them, and don't eat lots of vegies,meat is better. Watch dr berry👍

    I try and keep A.M. supplements separate from P.M supplements and space time in between taking them. I still forget to take some of them. Bit overwhelming at times especially if u have Dr. Prescriptions as well. 🤷‍♀️

    This is confusing. You say vit D & K is not good together another Dr. makes a supplement with both together.

      @@MidnightVentures Please elaborate why as she doesn't fully explain why they need to be taken separately. So many docs state otherwise and there are so many products that have them taken together.

    • @Jbinkstar
      @Jbinkstar 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@MidnightVenturesI agree with you, please take your Fat Soluble Vitamins Seperatly as they compete for absorption.
      Same with Zinc & Copper, B12 & Vit C, Magnesium & Calcium just to name a few, keep them apart

    Can you please explain in more detail why you should not take Vitamin D with K? I have read and heard other influencers say you should definitely take them together.

    • @Jbinkstar
      @Jbinkstar 10 месяцев назад +1

      So many people say different things but I have to agree with J9 on this as Fat Soluble Vitamins compete for absorption.
      I take my D3 with breakfast, Vit A with lunch, Vit K2 with my evening meal.

      You're probably confusing Vitamin K and K2 . They are different. Vitamin K2 and D3 taken together is what your probably confusing .

    • @anothergoldilocks1077
      @anothergoldilocks1077 10 месяцев назад +6

      It’s my understanding, and it’s supported by Science (Google Vit K2), that “Vitamin D3 should therefore always be taken in combination with Vitamin K2. These 2 vitamins work together synergistically and ensure that Calcium obtained from food is deposited in the bones and not the arteries.” That is important information to consider as we make our informed decision(s) about our health choices. 😮

      @anothergoldilocks1077 thank you. and to add more to what you have said, vit k2 and vit d3 can be bought mixed together as a vit k2 / d3 formula

    I appreciate the advice on supplements, unfortunately the vitatree brand is very very expensive for just 1 bottle. The average person needs at least 5-6 supplements daily. I dnt know what to do 😩 I'm so confused

    There are many in these comments who are as confused as I am. So many 'experts' contradict each other, here included. Why don't they all get together in an association and have forums / panels to come to agreement for us. Scatter gun information isn't working.

    Do you have studies about the vitamin D and K? All the studies I've found encourage taking D and K together, and that taking them separately can actually speed calcification of soft tissue. Can you please clarify?
