Rich, I hope that Caramel isn't going out of business! They do have quality ukuleles. My husband has the mango EQ concert, and I have an acacia concert, although it's a little bit of a stretch for my small hands. I discovered Caramel ukuleles years ago, and I think they are very well made. I also have a Caramel soprano (which they don't often make in this size), and I love it. If anyone has larger hands, and would choose to want a soprano size, this is the one to get. It has a nut width that is about the same width as a tenor ukulele, so it will accommodate larger hands! I think it may still be available online... I think I paid about $60. for it, and it is acacia. Thanks for the heads up on this great ukulele maker's closeouts, and I am hoping that they are just introducing a new line, and not closing their business!
Caramel has always tantalized us with deals from time to time. I'm sure they are doing just fine and now that their website is also selling ukes from the US we have two good ways to buy from them. Thanks for sharing your experience with Caramel ukuleles!!😊😊😊
