- eBay factory defect purchase. The defect on this one is laughable. I doubt if one person in 100 would find it. Even if they found it, they wouldn't car. This is a very good looking ukulele. I have no doubt someone will think it just the uke they are looking for.

Hi Rich, does that Caramel CT-103 ukulele you showed in the video have a truss rod? I bought one from Amazon and on the website it shows that it has an adjustment for the arm or truss rod and mine does not, however they included the Allen key for its adjustment. I will appreciate if you can clarify me this doubt. I really enjoy your reviews. I wish you a happy and blessed new year. Thanks.
Truss rod adjustment could possibly be from other than on the headstock. If Caramel says it comes with a truss rod, it probably does. I don't have this ukulele any more. I'll search more on this.
Tighten the Truss Rod
Get an allen wrench of the appropriate size. Insert it into the end of the truss rod (inside the ukulele's sound hole), and tighten.
Hi Rich, I know, but it doesn't have the socket to insert the key where it should go under the top of the sound hole as shown in the photo on Amazon, nor did it come with the literature on how to do it as in other videos I've seen. It seems that this ukulele is a blemish, otherwise it is perfect, it plays and sounds very good. I will greatly appreciate your information on this matter. Thanks.
I own many Caramel ukuleles, more than any other brand, I think. I have never once felt a need to make a truss rod adjustment. Since you like the ukulele forget about the truss rod and enjoy it. This is an excellent ukulele and will serve you well. Rich
