Congratulations Airmen.🎉🎉 My oldest son graduated from Lackland Air Force Base in 2010. He is now a staff sergeant. After his graduation, he went directly to that exact dorm that you are in right now. 🎉🎉🎉🎉 gotta keep the room clean they do that inspection they don’t play.

Congrats, You are lucky you got your own shower and sink and closet we had hall latrines and wall lockers at Sheppard 20 years ago and we had three to a room.
Ya'll paved the way and for that I am thankful.I definitely got lucky though, didn't even have a roommate.

Great video. Many Changes since I was there in 1988. I am surprised they are taking 11 per day from your check. We ate for free all day every day at the cafeteria .

Son is home on RAP and will leave on Saturday the 11th. Are these dorms the Tech dorms or Permanent personnel? He is an Air Traffic Controller.
Big Congratulations to him ! These are just the tech dorms , but depending on what base he is going to the permanent ones will look somewhat similar (without a roommate).

I will be going to this base but for the Navy for my A schooling I’m prior service Army are these the same barracks they put the navy guys in as well or are there separate barracks
from what i remember from a couple years ago yall have got your i believe its quarterdeck (correct me if im wrong), but those buildings were old so they might've moved by now

Yessir you can, but if your tech school is short I suggest waiting until you get to your first base.
