    2. Practice Being Truthful About Boundaries.
    3. Reprogram Core Wounds.
    4. Stop Testing. Communicate.
    5. Do Shadow Work.

    I took your test and it gave me percentages in each area how do I translate that into an 'exact' attachment style?

      Unless it's secure, work on the higher percentage ones first. If you're FA you're a bit of DA and AP, so doing FA work first would work on the others as well.

      There is no exact attachment style. We're all a little bit of them all! So we need to work on all aspects, but especially whatever percentage was the highest
