Monique Netflix special was funnier than this show. And I KNOW Karlos, Chico, and DC is a million times funnier than Monique individually. I didn’t like how it seemed like DC and Chico didn’t want to roast Karlos back. Karlos was trying to make the show funny, but a few of his jokes were flat. The audience was full of young people who most likely didn’t know who goodie mob was. Goodie Mobb deserved better. The city is dead it’s over for Atlanta. This was a bad look guys

I watched the first 20 or so minutes of this on Netflix - did not laugh ONCE. I was honestly surprised to hear the audience laughing as much as they were - were they being prompted like with those “APPLAUSE” signs? It felt like watching a trio of amateurish 8th-graders out on the playground fumbling to try their damnedest to make the other kids laugh and just randomly spittin’ dud after dud. You may as well have taken three random dudes from any barbershop or high school bus stop and put them up on the stage. Painfully corny and unfunny - buuuuuuuuut ain’t like this is the first time Netflix has thrown some cash at some “comedians” and slapped a special together for them.
Dey tried to fit all of the elements of their real show into a 1 hour special, and please understand that none of their material is written , all freestyle.
