Don't have high hopes for the story if u watch anime, if u still watch web series and anything that is not anime you'd probably enjoy it but this doesn't seem like one of the best stories I've seen so far.

@@david_ace so basically a plain simple story without any braincells to use.
The text in genshin is there for immersion and sure I hate some of them that were useless but going thru them felt like a vibe even if they had nothing to do with story or lore like how we just chat with jeht, the aranara and loads of other funny and wholesome moments.
As well as those texts also had hidden lore and double meanings in them hinting at mysterious stuff.
We'll have to see how wuwa story gonna be like but the fact that they had to completely rework it from cbt1 and that pgr story is super boring does lead to a conclusion that don't have high hopes for it.
I am going in for the combat and gonna skip the story if I find it too simple and predictable that I can write a better plot that it.

@@harissiddiqui4418 Honestly, I’ve never played Genshin lol I was interested in Wuthering Waves because of PGR. When I heard Kuro was making an open-world I had to try it but without experience of open-world games I got a fresh view without having to compare it.
The story is amazing, the tone is pretty dark early on while setting the stage for you to get a feel of what & why you’re doing what you’re doing. I’m excited for everyone that hasn’t played
@@harissiddiqui4418majority of genshins story in the first year of release boiled down to a few cool cut scenes and a fight with Childe. The bar is set quite low. The genshin lore carried the story for a long time. Outside of that it was a lot of Yap yap yapping and cool character designs.

This game is cool and all and I love it ofc. But Kuro, The one thing this game needs now more than anything is massive marketing. Just market it in places like Akihabara, New York Avenue, The Las Vegas sphere, Burj Khalifa etc. Especially in some of the most well known areas in the world. Because that is one of the main ways to make the game even more popular than it is already.

And, Besides Kuro definitely has the ability to market heavily judging by the amount of money that they have invested into making Wuwa. It’s more like they have to do it either ways especially if they want to become a strong competitor to a massively successful game like Genshin, And yes as a Genshin veteran, Genshin low-key is dying cuz of the garbage treatment of the players by the devs. So, This is a one in a million chance for Kuro to finally put Hoyo in their place. So, Kuro better should go all out for this chance.

I never felt like Genshin took advantage of the players. It's not pay to win and that is very rare among games like that. I have never spent 1 dollar and I own most of the five stars and all 4 stars at this point.
Since I saw its first video in 2021 and especially the 2022 Tokyo show cast, I have always followed this game.
