Probably because he was the hardest character to play as his hits misses, but the devs are going to fix it as they said in the dev notes.
He was the clunkiest character so far in the game. Almost unusable due to his air combo locking you in the air, makes you vulnerable to any attack

I would say no, but both become "easy" when you get used to it, you play with your eyes closed
I would say PGR is hardcore combat. Wuthering Wave is more relax while still retain it smoothness and cool combat. Perfect for a open world game
