unrelated to each other , one is the last name of a person , the other one is a city . Belobog comes from slavic nature and means white god , it represents light, goodness, well-being and happiness . There is also Chernobog means black god and represents chaos , darkness and night. Belobog is a real word , just coincidence being used in both games ( ZZZ director alreaady said this game is not connected to Hoyo other games)

Mihoyo kinda has to release it this year because of how the Chinese registration system works. Why they registered before all the beta tests were completed? Maybe they were confident they only have to do minor refinement at this point.
