Thank you for adding measurements to your recipes. I always have such a hard time making Guyanese dishes due to family members never having measurements 😂

Thank you so much for the recipe! It's delicious but unfortunately my husband wants me to cook it every weekend now! 😂 in my opinion, it was worth rolling it out in balls and didn't take much time at all. How long can you keep the uncooked dough in the fridge? Thanks

Just stumbled on to you site. What I find encouraging, and would like to encourage you to keep doing, is that you give these essential tips that I suspect save viewers from making mistakes. E.g. not adding cold liquids to your bake flour-mixture, or while cooking curry: watch for the oil to start separating from the paste at the end of frying it up. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

5:14 Oil comes up to temperature.... What temperature....??????
Medium/high heat. Around 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Why not melt the butter so it’s much easier to work with ?
Measurements were 👍
I rolled them a little too thin though
What the milk help do? Didn’t hear properly
It makes it a bit softer and richer

Do you have a ginger beer and doubles recipe?
Doubles recipe will be up in a few weeks. And ginger beer. I have to wait on my grandmother for that. She makes a killer ginger beer.
I make floats like that, and cut them in triangles, but I spice up bakes with onions, garlic, green onions and a bit of fresh thyme. Yummy!
That is known as salt bake. My grandmother makes that one as well, I will do a recipe for that soon.
I love your idea sounds delicous!! I'm going to try it for sure, thanks Ms Lemon for the idea🤗
