      TeacherTeacher Thank you! I usually roll them thick when I make stew or if I eat the bake with dhal. But for drier foods I roll it thin.

    I make floats like that, and cut them in triangles, but I spice up bakes with onions, garlic, green onions and a bit of fresh thyme. Yummy!

      That is known as salt bake. My grandmother makes that one as well, I will do a recipe for that soon.

    Thank you so much for the recipe! It's delicious but unfortunately my husband wants me to cook it every weekend now! 😂 in my opinion, it was worth rolling it out in balls and didn't take much time at all.
    How long can you keep the uncooked dough in the fridge? Thanks

    Just stumbled on to you site. What I find encouraging, and would like to encourage you to keep doing, is that you give these essential tips that I suspect save viewers from making mistakes.
    E.g. not adding cold liquids to your bake flour-mixture, or while cooking curry: watch for the oil to start separating from the paste at the end of frying it up.

      @@matthewsguyanesecooking4601 yes ripe bananas mashed then let them sit in sugar for about 30 min before adding to the mixture , this is the most I can remember lol
