I just started changing my eating habits today ate everything that I knew was bad for me last night and gave everything else i couldn't finish to family... just got home from shopping and getting the right things to put in my body... now seeing this video lets me know I'm doing the right thing.
He's to slow especially on the Ravens compared to is Denver Broncos days, if he lost muscle to get faster his body would deteriorate faster on the field taking all those shoulder hits to the knees, tackles and blocking. I was essentially a tweener in highschool WR/RB coach slotted me at TE primarily probably because I had to much muscle even though I was known to be a speed sprinter up till highschool. I was 6'1- 215 all muscle I worked out with the DE's back then during lunch and after school a bit.
More consistent recovery time especially in later years makes a big difference. Even though hes leaving nothing in the tank hes not doing anything stupid that he risks getting injured and having to lose progress.
People always forget that the diet and discipline are the most important things when it comes to being healthy and having a "nice" body, for lack of better terms.
I was gonna try it but I was like NO after I saw the first 10 minute session. Alas, I will never look like Shay. Napolean Dynamite is what it’s gonna be 🤷🏽♂️
