No he does not. The body can live and thrive off one big/healthy meal a day. Intermittent fasting is great for the muscles, brain and hormonal production. He does need to cut out the processed sugar though.
I know he's a freak now but that metabolism will eventually bite you. When I was in my 20's I could eat literally anything and not gain a pound. Pretty much the moment I turned 30 I actually had to start caring about how much and what I ate lol. I know I'm not a pro but I think the same logic applies to pro athletes when it comes to aging
Everyone ages different 30 is prime years for me and I still eat alot of Candies and in better shape every weights training and doing cardio at my gym 6 days a week

Bro there aren't any athletes who eat 6-8 times a day, a body builder doesn't even eat that much unless each meal is 250-450 calories.
