It’s always alleged offender until the person has been found guilty in a court of law. There’s this thing called innocent until proven guilty. Yes, this person was caught red handed BUT there’s always that one in a million chance that they were framed or it was all an accident or they got the wrong person. If we jump to conclusions just because it’s “obviously” that person then turns out it wasn’t, that’s how you get into liable and deformation issues.

This was unheard of when I was at school in the 1960s and 1970s, there was discipline at home and at school, in fact once through the school gates the children were under control of the school and parents had no say in the discipline. Society has gone wrong because of this, children now have no boundaries set so they act accordingly.
Same when I was at school from 1977 to 1989 then to college till 1992 in them days during my school tears you were in awe of the police as you were told they could fine your parents if you didn't go to school
I have several friends who are teachers in both primary and secondary schools. "Discipline" in the classroom these days consists of politely asking disruptive pupils to stop (only once, and very calmly, because anything more could be considered harassment and/or microaggression) what they're doing. That's it.
Kids then get the same cossetted approach when they move on to universities.
It's no wonder that each successive year of graduates produces more and more useless, entitled adult infants incapable of independence or engaging productively in society.

No teachers were doing their jobs. They didn't 'get in the way' how would you like it it your daughter was stabbed and the teachers could have stopped it but instead they say 'well we didn't want to get in the way, none of our business' then I bet you wouldn't be very happy.
Stabbing is more than a dispute. If it can be shown that she carried the knife into school to cause harm to the victim it would be attempted murder
