When Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan bailed out Barclays Bank in 2008 with about £3.5 billion during the financial crisis, no one in UK said a word. Barclays would have collapsed or the British government would have coughed the funds to bailout Barclays. They are jealous of him that his investment in football is working, so they used words like "nations state." So the investment in Barclays was not a "nation state" money? Hypocrites!!

Yesterday, he was like a spoiled child sat in the corner, offering nothing more than snide little remarks as Stefan was schooling him in the intricacies of all of this. He had nothing to offer other than “I was in a court once as well”. His day in court is nearly as famous as Dave Whelens broken leg. Today, when he is sat with two people with the combined IQ of a fridge freezer, he is back on the offensive again. “I think this…blah blah blah”. I guarantee that whatever happens at this tribunal, Simon thinks will not be an argument of either side.

All Mancini needs to do is to attest he performed the services and poufff…the charge vanishes. If this is indicative of the quality of the substance of the charges, the Premier League are wasting their time. These allegations are dead in the water - as the corporate lawyer/expert said to Jordan yesterday. We’re just going through the motions.

Foreign owners and foreign owned businesses put money in to buy foriegn players and if teams then buy british based players that money is used by that other club to buy foreign based players and even if it does go to british based individuals and businesses they very likely spirit the money offshore to avoid tax and scrutiny. Football which is a highly indebted industry is just another high profile industry that has deteriorated morally and ethically but continues to masquerade as something it is most definitely not and that is the people's game but it is precisely those people that are being robbed. People have been brainwashed to look down on Arab owners, but please tell me the difference between them and the "good guys".
Muslim Arab owners (Man City and Newcastle) - heavy investment in club and local economy, improvement everywhere, building for the future.
Jewish owners (Man United) - billion dollars debt, no investment, crumbling infrastructure, toxic environment.
