@nataliez9994 your should have a settings or 3 lines that you click on and see internal storage, and once you have your external hard drive, you should have the option to switch it.

Hi, at the beginning a pop-up box appears when you insert an external USB storage device. You can click on the settings from there, however, I ignored those settings to show you Netflix first. If you watch the video at 2 mins and 40 seconds you will see how you get to those settings. I hope this helps.

You don't need to find anything. It will simply mean you will be able to play it via the Netflix app without having access to the internet. It stores it on the USB, but it isn't playable as a video outside of the Netflix platform.
Have you followed the instructions to enable storage for Android at the beginning of the video. If you've followed the video completely and it isn't working. Then I'm sorry but it's not possible to diagnose individual issues as I have no way of knowing what your specific issue could be. I hope you get it fixed.

Well, I'm sure you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Personally, I'm not interested in anything that isn't legal. Years ago when the record industry was out of touch and we had the likes of limewire. I could totally see why people would download music illegally rather than paying for it. People wanted digital music. Since we have streaming services such as Spotify, RUclips Music, Deezer and so on. We now have access to music at a reasonable price. Therefore, I think it's only fair we pay for content when we have ways of getting it at an affordable price.

Yeah I'm on my laptop and in the Netflix app and there is nothing under settings to change where the movie is dowloaded.

I buy movies and series from Google. There are plenty of ways online to buy media. Do some research online for the media you want to buy.
