At this point, losing Jimmy for nothing is just to save ownership some money, because what other star wants to come in and be under-utilized. Not saying Jimmy is in the right( because he's acting a fool), but that's how players will look at that situation. Heats best bet is to just build up through the draft, focus on young wings that will take all the defensive assignments that Jimmy does, while not wanting to have offense ran through/for them. That way, Hero and Bam can be the focal point of the offense.

Outside of trades the heat simply couldn’t do realistically like the Durant or Dame trade, Pat did everything he could for jimmy.
