This is funny for me even if I am old and love Heartland. Also, I have an idea for a Heartland satire called "Heartless". Jack would be really funny in that, and Amy off the charts. At least we'd get Ty back too.

Horses were not the center of interest. Maggie’s was the center of attention. Hudson could work with a new owner of Maggie’s such as Malory along with Jake and Caleb having the Rodeo to be another topic that would include horses. Maggie’s is the gathering place for gossip, breaking secrets, making plans and a spring board into the writers changing adventures. Another thing that was missing is the grandpa or grandma like Mrs Bell being anchor to Maggie’s, the Rodeo etc…Hudson needed more characters to bounce around to like Heartland has done. I live in California and have only seen bit part of the show. The use of to many of the characters from Heartland should be used after the spin off gets established.
I thought it was cute. I give a B+
I just couldn't get into it, not enough bases to the plot or crossover to Heartland. Personally if this would have continued, it could have brought polls down on Heartland. 😮
A minus from me.
Definately more for the younger Heartland fans. Also introduces a gay character which is a great addition to the short spin off.
