Age is always an important factor in these. To me it seems mostly, if not only young people who have had their hair lost in a past few years or so can make this kind of terrific gains.

I don’t know if this will help anyone. But In my first 6 months of using 5% minox, 1mg fin, I would sleep with a shower cap on after applying my minox, I started seeing results in 3 months. My dermatologist said it decreases transepidermal loss of the product and keeps it saturated on the scalp. Hope this was helpful. Yes it’s not the most comfortable thing in the world and I don’t sleep with it anymore but those first 6 months doing it really made a difference I think. Good luck guys

The results are pretty crazy, almost to the point that I feel like hes not telling us something. However, back in 2014, I had some ridiculous results when I first started .5mg propecia. Main reason was the hair loss was so new, having only fallen out over the course of 6 month. The ability to strengthen and regrow those hairs was much easier than if it had been years of letting it go. I was only doing .5mg propecia and rogaine 2x day. I imagine if I micro-needled back then, the results would have been nutty. 3-4 times a week of micro needling sounds like over kill though. Potential for scalp scarring is high but at the same time, hes definitely increasing that blood flow and stimulation up there, by doing it that often.

Microneedling isn't really about increasing blood flow (though it might be a side effect) but increasing growth factors that complement well minoxidil.
You can get some of those benefits with tretinoin, plus others that are more specific to tret (for example increase in sulfotransferase activity and thus in response rate to minoxidil)

@1:29 I use a non-PG liquid minoxidil and it doesn't "run all over my hair" at all. In fact, it's fast-drying and extremely convenient day or night because even if I'm right about to go out it makes my hair look better, not worse, and the little bit that gets on my hair actually helps me style it. If anything, I would say he's using foam in the morning to save money, not that he's avoiding using liquid during the day to avoid it running all over his head. lol

I URGE you dont increase the dose. Finasteride is not dose dependent, and the curve is such that increasing it from 1mg to 5 mg barely does anything for DHT suppression. You can imagine then how useless it would be to increase it from 1mg to 1.5mg (though it could increase side effects, thats not a risk you want to take). Instead, just trust the process. Look into ketoconazole shampoo to optimize your scalp for the minoxidil to work, additionally try to improge your diet. We're all gonna make it brah.

All you need to do is answer some questions, post some pictures showcasing your hair loss (you can omit face, I did). The doctor looked at my form and approved it the same day (though, I may have just gotten lucky) I received the finasteride within 5 days of being approved.
Once the initial 3 months are up the price goes to $75 for 3 months. But before it renews. Swap over your prescription from Roman to Blink Health and it’ll be $8.95/mo going forward. Which 3 months makes it around $27.

I would assume he’s only using 1% Nizoral due to it being the highest concentration available over the counter in the US. I know in Canada 2% is over the counter.
Also honestly I see ketoconazole as a very easy and cheap add on especially if you’re not going to do anything about your androgens. All you have to do is shampoo your hair, leave it in for 5-10 minutes, wash out. Do it every other day or everyday if your skin can tolerate it. It’s shown to be as effective as 2% minoxidil, which is significant.

Been micro needling for 3 Or 4 months and applying Minoxodil haven't taken Fenistolride yet, but been taking saw Palmetto and loads of vitamin supplements B vitamins, E and Biotin, Zinc, D3, Magnesium, C, A, etc etc. Think need Fenistolride, not sure I think I have some new growth coming through where I have hair, but had quite a lot of breakage and hair fall since derma rollering so that might be why lots of shirt new growth between the long hair. Hasn't really spread down like this guys hair. So I wonder if Fenistolride will help?

@HAIRLICIOSLY Hello Babe, [Shalom]👋🏿, I've been watching your you tube channel for a while now and i've learned so much from you when it comes down to using an derma roller, derma stamp , derma pin , minoxidil and finasteride for hair growth and what scalp tool or device i should use to help grow my hair and that i've been dealing with an hair lost issue for about 14 years now and it's almost going on for 15 years now and i'm so over it and i'm so ready for change and as a young black african-american woman it is so embarrassing and so sad and that my parents had a lot of hair and they have passed it on to me but then my hair got messed up one time and ever since then my hair has never been the same since and i'm only 28 years old but i will be going to the dermatologist for my hair and skin and also i will be going to a hair doctor for my hair and scalp and i will be going to the doctor to check and see what vitamins and micronutrients and minerals that i'm lacking and losing in my body and i'll be changing what i'm eating and drinking and i'll be strengthening my gut lining and my gut and that i'll be removing a lot of stuff that can cause inflammation in my body and too much inflammation in your body is not good and it can cause the person to get a lot of illnesses and diseases and not only that you can get too much inflammation in your scalp as well which is not good and inflammation in scalp can also affect hair growth and cause hair lost and so we got to stop eating and drinking a lot of foods that cause inflammation in the body and limit them as much as possible also ringworm yeast, candice yeast can cause hair loss in the scalp as well and ringworm yeast is not actually an ringworm, it just acts and behaves as an ringworm and that candice yeast is some form of yeast that's in your scalp including ringworms yeast and that candice yeast can also cause you to have hair lost issues as well including free radicals and too much free radicals in the body is not good and too much free radicals in the body can cause hair problems and hair loss issues and that i'll be strengthening my immune system which is very important as well and when you have weak immune system that can also cause hair loss problems as well and it can affect your hair growth, telogen effluvium can cause hair loss problems too. Also another cause for hair loss for women is when your hormones is unbalanced and that is not a good thing and unbalanced hormones can make your hair have problems growing , that is not an good thing and that women need to keep there hormones balanced so it won't affect your hair, also i'll be checking my hormones and making sure that my hormones is in good condition and i also found out when you drink and eat out of plastic water bottles and plastic cups, plastic plates, plastic containers that it can also cause women and men hormones to get messed up and that you can possibly get more plastic into your blood stream which is not good, so i'm going to stop using plastic bowls, plastic cups and plates to eat out of and drink out of and i'll be changing everything soon and i'll be eating and drinking and eat out of glass mason jars and glass plates and cups and bowls, and i'll be eating and drinking out of clay plates, clay cups and clay bowls. So detoxifying your body is very important and that i'll be detoxify my body as well so i can remove any toxins and impurities out of my body and when you do that it also helps with hair growth also cleaning out your kidneys will help with hair growth too because when your kidneys have too much impurities, toxics in your kidneys is not good, could be another reason why your hair is not growing and i did a lot of research on it and it is actually true and we got to remember that the body is connected including all of our organs and our blood and our skin and our hair and our scalp and our gut and our teeth and gums and our toe nails and our fingernails and that is very important, that we do need to detoxify our body and take care of our internal health as well and that our skin is our biggest organ. Also i'll be eating more organic fruits and veggies, organic raw fruits like burro bananas, soursop fruit, caca fruit and more... And also keeping myself hydrated and i'll drinking more filtered water and that i will including holistic and ayurvedic herbs into my lifestyle eating and what i've been using to help my hair grow is incorporating aryurvedic herbs into my scalp and my hair by using aryurvedic herbs, that i do use organic aryurvedic haircare products like amla , burdock root, henna, fenugreek seeds, nettle, hibiscus flower, moringa, saw palmetto, neem , marshmallow root and more... And all theses herbs is aryurvedic herbs and that's what i use to help my hair grow and that i will be including an derma roll tool and an derma stamp tool and an a red light therapy device and an blue light therapy device and an microcurrent stimulation device and an sonic vibration device and an therapeutic warmth device and i'll be steaming my hair a lot using an hair steamer while adding fruit into my scalp while i steam at the same time and i'll be scalp massaging my hair a lot while using a scalp massager brush for hair growth and i'll be using an high frequency device for hair growth, i'll be using an follicle stimulator scalp spray to help with some dormant follicles to help my hair to grow and i'll be using a water-based scalp serum to help my hair grow and an hair growth scalp oil as well to help my hair grow and an hair growth hair mask to help with my hair growth and not only that i'll be using an oxygen therapy device to help with hair growth and the follicles and an oxygen therapy is very good for hair growth and your follicles and i'll be doing a lot of protein treatments as well for hair and our hair is made out protein and so it is very important that we do include protein treatments and protein hair masks in our hair and that coconut oil and henna herb is not a protein, that i'll be doing my daily trims so i don't get any split ends and helps with hair growth, i will be using a satin bonnet and satin pillowcase when i go to bed at night, i'll make sure that i keep my scalp and my hair hydrated and i'll be drinking a lot of filtered water and also i'll be using an SPF sunscreen scalp spray and also an SPF sunscreen shampoo and conditioner for my hair and scalp and i'll be doing my aryurvedic herbs scalp tea hair growth products, my LOC method hair care products for my hair to keep my hair hydrated, LOC = liquid, oil , cream, i will be using hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, collagen and MSM crystal and sulfur and apple stem oil on my scalp and hair, i will be using an DHT blocker scalp oil, an DHT blocker pills to help get rid of DHT in my body and i'll be taking supplements to help get rid of hair loss and help with my hair grow thicker, stronger, faster, longer, and i will be using hims minoxidil liquid form and the hims minoxidil foam as well. Also i'm going to make sure that my scalp and my hair is healthy and is very important and that i want to make sure my hair is in a healthy environment and that's what i'll be doing to help my hair grow as well. But i will be doing my 3rd big chop this year hopefully and for my big chop i'm going to get my hair to get cut really short and that is everything that i will be using for my hair growth / scalp care hair regimen. And let me know what you think about it, also there's more to it and i'm sorry for the long message. Have a blessed day.
