This was so cool to know how they laminate the fifth wheel Alliance. Great tour of how it’s done. Thank you again Wil and Jen.
Y’all are so great! We have a Class C (Winnebago), but if we had a 5th wheel, it would be an Alliance for sure. Love your enthusiasm and sweet spirit. ❤️🙏🏻Jane in SC
Thanks so much, we really appreciate it!
Excellent video, so much knowledge and awesome in site of the building of the Alliance RV’s.
Thank you Will & Jen.
Thanks so much for watching!
Great video will and Jen love the behind the scenes of the lamination process most RV tours just show them building them
Thanks for the feedback, Matt!
Loved the video Wil and Jen. It’s very nice seeing how much hard work goes into making these fifth wheels. It’s amazing. I’m glad you did this tour of Alliance. It’s pretty cool! They all work hard st what they do. Great job! Thank you so much Wil and Jen. See you at the Tampa Show!
If the Alliance quality team ever needs to find the areas that need improving just go to a dealership that just got a unit delivered by a transporter and go thru it. They will find trim pieces that need maybe a few more staples or glued, slides on the drawers that failed in transit with not closing or open, shades that had actually fallen off the windows and random screws that should be holding something in place that you will find laying around for examples of what i have seen going thru Alliances at dealerships in Florida. I walked out of an Alliance that I really liked and considered but after seeing poor workmanship and cheap materials I ordered an Airstream knowing i would sacrifice space for quality. I worked in manufacturing for 38 yrs and know that you might have a great product but it only takes a few unaddressed issues with attitudes of 'good enough' will down grade your product really fast in the eyes of a consumer.
Amen! I bought the first Alliance Delta 262rb travel trailer in Missouri. Among other issues, parts started falling off at mile 68 on our first trip. Then, on the very first shower, the poorly installed, cheap knockoff shower door proceeded to flood the bathroom floor. The plastic trim piece on the slide was installed incorrectly, cut too long, and not glued down. The front cap light everyone likes was the part that fell off at mile 68: we had to stop at a Walmart to use carpet tape to hold the light bar on the trailer. The 50 amp cord inlet cover was broken when we picked it up; the stinky-slinky carrier lid broke the second time I used it. The coax cables aren’t connected to anything: owners must crawl into the pass through, find unconnected but bundled coaxes, test each one to find the right one to provide a signal to a TV. I could go on [an on, and on]. I received an email on Alliance letterhead in charge of “Liaison” asking me to not communicate issues with other owners on the owner’s forum; then a co-owner called to ask me to not complain about there not being an owner’s manual or decent customer support. Later the same day I was banned from the owner’s forum for “divisiveness”. I thought KZ was the worst camper builder: I was wrong.
@samuelsmith5773 Obviously, the Alliance management still hasn't taken the poor workmanship issue seriously. That's too bad.
Really enjoyed this video. We are Canadians and fell in love with the Alliance brand 2 years ago. Very dedicated team of workers (family). Thanks so much for the tour. We will be looking for a 5th wheel in the spring and Alliance would be our 1st choice, but it will depend on cost as Canadians unfortunately pay a pretty big mark up due mostly to duty taxes. Well built and trustful company.
Great video. Dude did a great job promoting his product. Vacuum bonding is far superior to lamination. It will never delaminate.
Great video Tour thanks
Thank you for watching!
Thanks for these walkthroughs and behind the scenes videos, it really complements the reviews you do with Matt, looking forward to new ones to come!
Thanks for the feedback, we will have to do more of them!
Cool stuff thanks for the tour. Hope your new rv is wonderful. Y'all rock🤠
Thank you so much! We absolutely love our Avenue!
A step above. I'm all about that composite floor he talks about at the 10 minute mark.
Alliance has so much potential but they suffer the same Achilles heel - a Lippert chassis with arcane suspension. Strapping and baskets to help support the tanks is awesome, but I'd pay 10% higher, maybe more, for a chassis with tube steel rails and outriggers and a modern suspension whether IS or Dexter's air versus leaf springs hung from insufficient, bent bar hangers with a band-aided V-clip to add some rigidity instead of actually using an engineered, fabricated steel hanger... Such actually existed in the industry before Lippert nearly monopolized frame manufacturing. Alliance, plan a future around engineering and producing your own frames and drag the industry back up! There are masses of long-time, full-time RVers who want that!
Thanks for the feedback!
Very interesting. Love seeing the factor tours. Thank you for sharing.
Very interesting!
Danny and Lynn
Thanks!
Thanks for the tour.
Love theses types of Tours!!! thanks!
We are glad you liked it!
We're at the Tampa RV show now, saw the Avenue. It's a great RV and ran by a great team!
Wow!! What a great company, very well-made campers!!😎
They sure are!
Very informative video, wow !! If I were looking for a 5th wheel these guys would be number 1 on the list. Thanks
Thank you! They were number 1 on our list too! 😂
We love watching your videos. We are going to Tampa hoping to buy or know what we want. So far between Riverstone, Grand Design and Alliance! You guys are really convincing me to purchase a paradigm!
We love our Avenue! Make sure to come see us at the tent in the Jayco display and we can help walk you through it and get you a great price!
Fantastic video Wil and Jenn! I'm very impressed with Alliance's manufacturing facility. Very well laid out, very clean, shows quality of the products they are making. Really impressed with the passion of the people who work there and how they are driving themselves to be better and think of the customer. I really like the fact that people who build it sign the sheet of the family that it buying that RV. Again reminds everyone of the hard earned money they are spending on their product. This impressed me so much I'd like to work for them! :) Keep up the great work Alliance!
Thanks so much, Gord! We were very impressed with their facility too!
@@WilandJen The assembly experts sent our 262rb with damages and a screw through the bed platform that ripped our mattress. Long list if you’d like it.
Nice to see step by step how a camper is built. Thanks. How did you keep Matt so quiet?
It was hard but he was talking to some people behind the scenes lol
Hey Jen :) Can you order your fifth wheel directly from the factory plan ?
Okay a few things a pinch roll is no way superior to a vacuum bonded wall; and they use Azdel but yet put OSB floors and roofs in their products
Are the roof trusses aluminum
Nice.
Thanks for watching!
all these videos constitute Bravo-Sierra…. at least on the Delta line. Comments from owners of other lines are too often the same.
No matter how cold it may be there, you still get to go back to Florida.
Matt got to go back to FL but we had to go back to MD where it was also cold 😂
😀😀😀😀😀😀
We tried for financing an its hard to get anyone to finance it?
These are built soo poorly, it's mind blowing people actually buy them. Then they go blame the dealer for the manufacturers' lack of quality control.
