I love all their products except for the gel because it kept flaking . The hydrating creme smells like cake batter I think there is a learning curve on the gel. The leave in, hydrating creme and the shampoo are awesome. On the leave in you have to section your hair smaller to get the slip but it is an awesome leave in in my opinion . All their products are truly super moisturizing and your braid out came out beautiful 💜💜💜

Luuuuuuuuv Treluxe!!! I had to go get the serum so I could try it on a wash n go (ALove4Me suggested it cuz the serum has hold)...but the cream is BAE for twist outs & braid outs!!!! The shampoo is 🔥🔥 and I'm SUPER picky about shampoo...
The leave in is light so i wasn't sure about it at first...but it works!!!

My Sally’s didn’t have the roller clamps but they had a lot of empty hooks in that section. They are not very good at keeping that section stocked. I ended up getting some black and white ones from Amazon.
Glad you were able to find some on Amazon. My Sally’s has been looking scarce as well lol
Your results look beautiful! I haven’t done a braid out on damp hair in years because it takes my hair all of eternity to dry 😩 BUT seeing your results makes me want to try it again! 😍

I was skeptical when I first used the leave in because of the cinnamon smell (allergies) but it was a light sweet smell and it was not overpowering for me. I liked it. I used the gel. I couldn’t find the creme. When they have those sales man it’s a mad dash to get what you’re looking for. Your braid out was beautiful.

If you get the gel, use jar a little bit and your hair should be more than damp. I love these three products together. They were immediately staples and I have been catching every sale I can.

I just bought the leave in from Walgreen's during the buy 1 get 1 50% off sale. I already know my hair and scalp loves it, because I was able to sample it at Whole Foods several years ago. The $18.50 price tag is what prevented me from buying it sooner.

Girl I wish I had the patience for braidouts, the take down drives me crazy and I just end up with a head full of frizz 😂 This braidout is beautiful girl 😍😍 I love treluxe so I'm happy you like them, can't wait to see you try the gel. I would recommend the serum too, it's so good!

Thank you! The frizz was mainly on my when separating. Its actually super defined but just not long lasting. Lasted maybe 3 days lol. Def need a gel with it for longevity.

I wanna try the cream but $22🥴 From what I’ve seen, the highest discount have been 25 percent off. Hopefully they have a better one for BF. I also wished they had a deep conditioner in this line.

Why do you neglect your roots when you apply your products?
Lol too much product on my roots makes my scalp itch. Plus I like to focus products on my ends which is the part for me that needs the most attention.
Hi there! I noticed you said your hair stayed moisturized for three days. Is that considered good? I know you usually say your wash n gos last a week. What makes the moisture last longer in wash n gos compared to a braid out?
Hey love ☺️ So when I say that my style lasts all week I mostly mean the definition lasts. My hair is almost always going to get dry throughout the week if I don't remoisturize. In this video I feel like the moisture level stayed the same for the first 3 days and then of course my hair was less and less moisturized throughout the week. I hope that helps.
@@NJEberhart That does help a lot! So, when you remoisturize, what do you do? Use a little leave in?

How do you think the treluxe hi def gel (if you tried it) vs orange marmalade vs Jell-O shot? I have long 2a waves. I love OM for my hair. Wondering if Jell-O shot is different in what ways as treluxe hi def gel. I like OM and treluxe because they are lighter weight with good hold to not weigh waves down.
Hey Ashlee!!! So sorry for my late reply. I actually have not tried the hi def gel yet. Really want to get my hands on it. I honestly think that Jell-O shot might be too strong of hold for type 2. Because even for my type 4 hair it is a little strong lol. I hope that helps!
Your braid out is really cute. I've been using those roller clamps for several years, they've been around for a long time. Ditching the hair pulling crocodile clips definitely saved my hair. Wish I hadn't given away the extra pack of roller clamps I had. They last a long time because they don't snap apart like the croc clips do. Too bad the multi-colored ones seem to be unavailable. Huge disappointment.
