Hello Kent, wings this weekend , but I'm making the chicken tortilla soup right now, it's minus 34 degrees here where I'm at in Michigan..need some warming.. God Bless You, Shannon and the Beegs..
Have many friends north of the frigid line, y’all stay warm. Meanwhile here in the Houston area we’re gonna be grillin’ some wings and smokin’ us some brisket. Happy trails 🙏🏻✝️

Another from Texas. Kent, looks delicious. The ONLY thing I would do different is cut the tips off the wings, because I freeze 'em and when I get enough discarded "chicken parts", I make chicken stock. (I know, there's a little bit of meat in the tip, but homemade stock is worth the short-term loss.) Thumbs up, in any event!

Mr. Cowboy Kent Rollins, I've recently refound your channel and this was the first of your recipes that I've gotten around to trying and may I just say that this fantastic. It isn’t cowboy style, but I would put the wings and sauce in a gallon ziplock bag. You can squish the sauce all around them without getting it all over you and they are already covered for resting in the icebox. I don’t do much outdoor/campfire cooking anymore, but I used to in my younger days when I spent 15 years as a scout leader.

I'm gonna make a big batch of these for Super Bowl Sunday 2020. A lot of my family doesn't go for fiery-hot food like a lot of wing recipes make, and your sauce should be just right as a crowd pleaser. Thanks for the great recipe and technique, as always.
Nevermind. That only gets problematic, once she passes the point-of-no-return (in other words: 40), since women age twice as fast as men do. I'll estimate that you'll begin to notice the first hag-like features in about 4 or 5 years... another six years perhaps, until the waiters at the restaurant compliments you for being kind and taking out your grandma to dinner. Plenty of time, old mate (and plenty of fresh fish in the ocean, if you know what I mean). Oh, please pass on my kindest regards and greetings to your wife...

Isn't it paradox, in a way? When old people manage to get on the internet, they still go on talking about the Great Depression and the times when Woodrow Wilson was president. Also something my grandmother taught me: when it comes to storing food, use everything but plastic. True. One should never go full ghetto when it comes to food.

Y'all stay warm
I'm going to pick up some chicken wings tomorrow and try this. I love some good wings from time to time. And I'm do now. Thank You and Shannon for the recipe. Being a disabled veteran I've not only into wood working. But I love to cook. And I have been trying some of the recipes out of your book since i got it. And I have loved everyone of them so far. Keep them coming. I look forward to every Wednesday for your recipes. Again Thank Y'all.
Thanks Melvin for watching and for your service
I know a lot of people wouldn't like them but being from the how about cooking mountain oysters on an episode?
We have a video on them Oysters 3 ways
Oh okay will check it out. Thanks I enjoy your videos they are great.
I'm gonna make a big batch of these for Super Bowl Sunday 2020. A lot of my family doesn't go for fiery-hot food like a lot of wing recipes make, and your sauce should be just right as a crowd pleaser. Thanks for the great recipe and technique, as always.
Thanks for watching Rich and hope everyones enjoys
The Beagle-meeter gives it an eight wag.
You can't eat like that no where else for six bucks.
He is a good judge
Six bucks? I need to shop where you do. Wings are like $15 for 4 lbs of them where I shop.
Aaron Johnson - You can get a whole Marketside chicken for $4.99 at Wal-Mart.
You can feed out 100 chicks to plumpness for about $1 each.
Kent, you crack me up and teach me some pretty fine cooking at the same time. Love your stuff, thank you for sharing your talents with the world!
Thank you Mark for watching
Watched with my wife as usual, were 32. Ok, I'm 32 she's 33. (Thankfully she's not on RUclips and won't see my comment). 😂
@@gidget8717 haha too funny. My wife and I are exactly 6 months apart too.
@@fenriz218 hilarious 😂
Kent is the absolute best, he inspired my husband to start cooking cowboy foods. ❤❤

This is great ! my dad Bless his heart ! loved wings ! now this was 55 years ago . we never had bw3 or other places that sold wings , now we do . so we always made plain wings , then mixed all kinds of sauce in a plastic jug , put the wings in each and shake em up try it you will love it ! mix and match , AWESOME !
Thanks Rage that is a good idea
Isn't it paradox, in a way? When old people manage to get on the internet, they still go on talking about the Great Depression and the times when Woodrow Wilson was president. Also something my grandmother taught me: when it comes to storing food, use everything but plastic. True. One should never go full ghetto when it comes to food.
KENT i have been watching you for a while and i must say you are very entertaining to watch...god bless you man!!!!
Thanks John and God bless you as well

Holy Cowboy Kent, how do you come up with all these great recipes? As a big fan of horseradish, I could not wait to try this one. Mixed up the sauce last night , I could have eaten it as soup, was it ever good. Thanks for your great ideas, I appreciate each and every one . Cooking with charcoal is such a pleasurable experience and with all your super recipes it takes it to a whole new level.
Glad to help Doug, and Thanks for watching
