    I’ve watched tens, if not hundreds of tutorials on fresco today. Much of it were rather plain bland or it just those guys flexing on their skills rather than full fledged tutorial. You’re so teacher like and lovely with your guiding. It’s safe to say I’m ending my quest to fresco tutorials on your channel. Lovely works. Keep it up.

    Thank you for this tutorial. I especially like the way that you demonstrated the way to use layer masking to help define your illustration. Please continue to explore Adobe Fresco. I am amazed at its features and capabilities. Of course Adobe will continue to develop and enhance the program, as they do with all of their products. I would like to see what you think of these enhancements as they come out and demonstrate how they can be used in illustration. Thank you very much!! (Will you have some Fresco tutorials on SkillShare?

      Thank you so much Susan! Your comment on my previous video was the reason I decided to make this tutorial, and I'm definitely going to continue exploring this tool :). Fresco class on Skillshare sounds interesting, but I want to explore it a bit more before I can release a full-fledged class on it. I don't want to make a typical class which just says this tool does that etc, I want to create an illustration for each lesson which covers different tools in Fresco. So it needs a bit of planning :). But, thanks for the suggestion, it's definitely coming sometime in the near future :)

    Just finished doing this with you. It would be sooo helpful to have more details about your brush settings (timestamped?) with each thing that you draw. You’ve given us brush type and thickness setting but because I don’t know your water flow etc settings mine looks a lot different than yours. Not sure if that’s even possible for you now? I guess I can experiment. Thanks again!

    • @printmesomecolor

      Hi Jai. I almost always keep the waterflow settings at maximum for the watercolor brushes. This was one of my earliest fresco videos, so I guess I didn't think much about mentioning waterflow settings. I will try to mention it in my future videos 😊. I cannot go back and edit the video now because I don't remember exactly what I did. If your illustration looks a lot different, maybe you are using a different size canvas?

    Okay i'm 4 years late but I really need help with something. How can I use the watercolor and change the color of the background without affecting my watercolors? For example, I would want to put a really dark blue under the drawing you made but I want the watercolors to stay exactly like this (with the white peeping trough it). Is there a way to create a white mask or underlayer under the watercolors only then change the whole background to a vibrant color?

    I’m missing something even after replaying the video. I clicked mask content on the berries. Create another layer with conte crayon for detail. But my lines are not contained in the masked content. Can someone help. Thank you in advance. I love your teaching style.

    • @printmesomecolor
      @printmesomecolor  3 года назад

      Hi, you should not create another layer for conte crayon. The video says, you just swipe after creating mask so that you can clearly see the raspberry shapes. And then you draw on the same layer. Just try that out and let me know if it worked.

    Thank you for the great tutorial. I have a question: can you change the color of the watercolor on the painting afterwards? For example, what if I want to change my berry's color from red to purple? Thank you!

    • @printmesomecolor
      @printmesomecolor  3 года назад +1

      You can use fill tool but it doesn’t work that great for watercolor. Other option would be to open it in photoshop and play with hue saturation etc.

    what do you recommend for "flow" and "water" when painting, especially the raspberries?

    • @printmesomecolor

      Hi, keep the flow at 100 (gives a lot of color) and water about 50..
