I dont snore but they work well to improve congested breathing through the nose. Dont need meds or sprays to improve night time airflow.

Bought them yesterday and tried them out last night for the first time. After about an hour, my wife wakes me up and complains that my snoring was louder than ever before. Continue to try it for another hour or so only to be woken again by her. Take them out, add an extra pillow, and then sleep like a log. Let's just say, "Not impressed

Too expensive and hurts my nose. I would rather have something outside my nose

Cheers for this, been searching for "best things to help you stop snoring" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Joomestyn Apnea Secret - (do a search on google )?
It is a smashing one of a kind guide for getting rid of Sleep Apnea and snoring minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.
