Of the 3 games you mentioned, world of warships is probably the “least grindy” of the three. It’s still a grind, but it’s easier than thunder and tanks.
Yeah you can get to teir 5 ships with two nations easy, afterwards it’s really just the in game money earned from battles to buy ships that limits your growth.
honestly, badger does grind in the smartest way. he plays a game for a week. maybe 2. makes his video and moves on. maybe he'll return if they sponsor him. but he's a busy boy.

I for once absolutely love that this World of Warships video includes minutes of unhinged conversation about Sprite of all things. It's so on brand.
As someone who’s played WOWS since 2021 and War Thunder since basically the same year, the grind can be a nightmare but it isn’t nearly as bad as dealing with imbalance. Warships has the big problem of aircraft carriers and submarines, ships specifically designed to hunt the actual warships of the game. They ruin the overall gaming experience and can wipe multiple ships within an instant. Especially with carriers you can kiss goodbye to good positioning and actually punishing your enemy due to having to avoid swarms of aircraft that are laughably tanky, sometimes even being harder to down than an actual ship (looking at you FDR, totally fair that your planes have more HP than a damn ship). These problems don’t exist at low tier but become a massive turn off at mid tier
Not to mention the good damn special consumables that have turned the game into a damn MMO at top tier
I mean, it makes sense that aircraft carriers are strong, they were irl too and quickly overpowered the battleships and everything they saw
@@RealCtc that’s not the problem with carriers though. The problem is of how little AA actually does. Take this for example, IRL the USS Alabama could defend nearly her entire fleet on her lonesome with how much AA fire she could output, while in WOWS a carrier can guide his planes through multiple of them with barely taking a scratch if they’re good at carriers

Love most of the RussianBadger reactions, but this one is more 6 or 7 out of 10. Lots of it was entertaining, but a good chunk I skipped due to the ramblings showing a lack of understanding the video. This was not a tutorial. He was not trying to demand people spend years min-maxing the whole game. He was telling the story about how and why HE did it, which is entertaining when not being purposefully contradictory to the game. You did reel it back in near the end where you said your stipulations shouldn't diminish others' fun, which I appreciate, but it could get lost if some people get too annoyed to even get to the end to hear it. Not tryna be a blind hater, that's just my genuine constructive criticism.
The only exception to the "You can get a lot out of playing free to play games for free, which you probably should anyway" rule is Team Fortress 2, right?

No worries, it only took me 4 YEARS to collect two out of like 10 different steel currency ships in WoWs (FDR and Shikishima) while being in middleschool and highschool
He has many World of Warships videos years before this video. Those videos are more focused on the gameplay if you insist on watching gameplays instead of funny bits.

So. On games and gacha-like mechanics, my logic is that if they got a ton of events constantly going on or they're very generous, I'll play them. It's why I've been playing CRK for like the past two years (and have been playing CRO on and off lmao).

Makari, I think I’ve got some silly videos for you to watch if you enjoy Badger’s schizophrenic content. I recommend to you the RUclipsr TearOfGrace. More specifically, his videos on the Greyhill incident, the Day Before, or the King Kong game. Those videos just showcase how someone can take the utter garbage of gaming and somehow both break it in half, and laugh like a dying hyena and honk like a goose.

World of Warships is slow paced, but it's not so slow that it's boring
F2P clash of clans, using gem mine, raid weekends and obstacles, with once every week log in cycle that can be a day late or a day early, 0 money spent, all 5 builders, just because I can’t be bothered to splash some cash in a f2p game, am I evil or just on to something? Grind heavy gamers list your f2p grind games in replies.
18:23 are you actually jelly head? None of these ships are i service nor is their technology modern to keep secret from civilians and other nations, it’s the stuff made in the last 60 odd years that are classified.
Also the only tank game that’s properly known for having a fan base leaking classified military documents is Warthunder.

I mean I do min max a lot of game but only really play a few at a time.
I usually got 1 story game going then 1-2 multiplayer/ chill game.
It’s just in my blood that I have to min/max and 100% story games to the best of my ability so that’s one then I have at least one game cough*cough* warframe that I absolutely min/max everything. Then I got me a chill wind down game to just relax.
Currently got the kingdom hearts series as my story game
Coral island as my chill game
And the multiplayer game I’m current min/maxing and breaking to the best of by ability is Palworld 😂

But she also missed the dialogue of Badger covering the deets of the same exact things that Kari-Mum was curious about in this video. That's blind react Andy content in a nutshell. People getting pissed that Kari-Mum talked over critical points covered in the videos she reacts to can get rekt bc it's a blind reaction. Of course she's going to miss or inadvertently talk over dialogue.
