How to test an IGBT with a Multimeter

Hi Katie!
I'd like to know if you could teach me how to test a semikron semitrans skm75gb063d half bridge IGBT?
One of my machines broke down do to an electrical wall socket issue in my home garage and it has that semikron IGBT that might have gotten damaged and need to test it to be sure..
