    thank you for sharing! i'll give this set a try.
    something i noticed that i tend to do while doing the first two neck stretches (the one with the chin tuck and the one right after that) is, i kind of involuntarily clench my jaw because of the head position. so in case it helps anyone with a TMJ disorder... be careful not to clench your teeth too hard!

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  3 года назад

      Great to hear that you're going to give it a try, Myriam! 🙂💪 And thank you for sharing your experience with us! It's definitely crucial to avoid clenching your jaw when doing the exercises as this will increase the tension that eventually leads to your pain and tinnitus. 😊 That would be very counterproductive because these exercises aim to release muscular-fascial tension for pain relief! If you have too much tension in your jaw that causes your teeth to clench, you could additionally try our exercises against teeth grinding/bruxism. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-tg They can immediately help you to get your teeth clenching under control, relax your jaw muscles effectively, and release any tension with our osteopressure tool. 💪
      Please let us know how these exercises helped you! 😍🙌

    When I do the neck excercise on the right side, the fourth move (streching laterally and slightly back) actually hurts on my temple. It is like temple muscles are aching, my tinnitus is mostly if not only on the right side. Maybe the jaw tension made the temple muscle so rigid and that strech hurts there because of their stifnness?

    How could meat be harmful???

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  2 года назад

      Hi there 👋
      Thanks for your comment! We've found that a meat-based diet can worsen your pain as it increases the muscle tension. Most pain conditions are caused by excessive tensions in your muscles and fascia, so eating meat can actually contribute to your pain. Therefore, we recommend eating a vegan and healthy diet, alongside our effective exercises, to help live a pain-free and healthy life! 🙏🙂
      Best wishes,

      @@Liebscher.Bracht_EN hey thank you for your reply:) very interesting that you found that meat increased tension how did you find that??? I am a full carnivore for a full year now and i feel soothed calm and relaxed. respectfully all indigenous tribes that only ate meat are extremely healthy and disease free. I use to be a vegan and it nearly destroyed my health. Veganism causes malnutrition and it's a doctrine of devils according to the bible. The bible says that in the last days there would be people comanding to obstain from meats. I would love another reply. I have alot of respect for your work on the stretches.

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  2 года назад

      Thanks for sharing your experience! We've found in over 30 years of research that eating meat can increase muscle tension. 🙂 With her extensive knowledge and expertise from the nutrition and health field, Dr. med. Petra Bracht and her husband Roland Liebscher-Bracht developed our effective pain therapy and treatment approach that has already been proven to help many people in pain. 🙏 Please learn more about the founderes and their biographies here. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-founders
      Our body is very adaptable: Through certain mechanisms, it has the ability to repair itself, e.g. with the help of inflammation. It is important to note here: We think of inflammation as a healing process, not a disease itself. If you eat meat, for example, the body tries to heal itself with the help of inflammation to counteract the consumption. In the long run, this leads to increased tension and thus pain. If you consume a lot of animal proteins, you can massively damage your health. This is why we recommend people in pain to avoid dairy food and meat. But of course we don't want to tell anyone what to eat. In the end, it only matters that you are able to live a pain-free and healthy life. And if you don't suffer any pain, even though you're eating meat, then this is totally fine. 🙂
      All the best
      Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht
