    I blew an interview because I was negative about one of the companies I had worked with. I wasn't aligned with the values and how they treated people. Information unnecessary to share

    How would you answer this of you were in an internship with that company and now they are interviewing you for a permanent position? Obviously they would have gotten to know you somewhat throughout the internship, so how would you answer the "why" differently?

      This is a great topic, I may make a video on it! But I think the key here is to highlight your on the role growth and impact. And if they put value in it, team/value/culture fit!

    I heard about someone answering that question when they were interviewing for an R&D Scientist position saying "Well, Postdoc salaries suck!" ----> Kinda creative, but again, bad reasoning
