Jeff, based on your conversation with Will around the 45 min mark, why don't you do an "intro to cycling for competitive people" to show a basic path from wanting to ride to pinning your number at your first race.
When I go on grouprides I’m most of the time one of the youngest and if there are younger people they mostly race already
