William Russell coming back at the age of 97 is so amazing! It's crazy to see him here, and know he was in the first EVER episode of this show we've come to love. He was there when it started, everyone unsure of it's success, and he's here now, at such a special occassion, seeing the show that he helped bring to life making so many people happy and bringing so many talented actors together. I can only imagine the pride he must feel.

Jodie was one of the most positive, optimistic Doctors we've had. She was the first Doctor that felt like they were beginning to heal somewhat from the events of the Time War and was starting to find that wonder and joy and love in things again. She is everything 12 wished to be and said to be before Regenerating.
"Basic stuff first: Never be cruel, never be cowardly. And never, ever eat pears! Remember: Hate is always foolish, and love is always wise. Always try to be nice, and never fail to be kind. Laugh hard! Run fast! Be Kind." this is Jodie's Doctor to the fullest extent. So whenever people try to say she "wasn't acting like The Doctor" they couldn't be further from the truth. Maybe 9, 10, 11, 12 were still dealing with the pain of all that happened and still carried that with them and hadn't healed. But 12 made sure to try to ask whomever they were about to be next to be all these things, and 13 was. She was The Doctor, she is The Doctor. And she went through so many things that would cause trauma, try to break her, and push her through an existential crisis. But she never let it break her. And even at the end, she regenerated with a smile, optimistic, and excited about the future. The Doctor needed someone like 13, and 13 is the first Doctor whose companions didn't leave through tragedy. She got them all back home, all safe and sound. That is something 9, 10, 11 and 12 didn't get to accomplish, they got to see 13 do it. And that's enough.
13 will always be in my Top 3 favorite Doctors. And I wish, like she did, that she'd had more time.

Watching this video makes the viewer realise how much hard work goes in to making an episode of our favourite show. Scripts must be written, sets designed and built, costumes designed and made, cast hired, etc. I thought the power of the Doctor was exciting to watch. Great to see Peter, Colin, Paul, Sylvester and David made me cry. It was a great surprise. Matching Sophie with Sylvester and Janet with Peter was very moving to watch.

You can really see that both the cast and crew of Doctor Who all tried their best with season 13 after all the drama that happened with Covid and all definitely one more season with Jodie as the Doctor but nonetheless they all tried and made Doctor Who Flux a very good season with 6 Chapters and 3 Specials (unless you count the 0 episode). I truly hope that maybe in a couple/few years, they bring Jodie back again either for a season or a special with Mandip as Yaz

The Leader and Lieutenant still have the ornate crests but retain the standard Cyberman face from the Warriors and the gunmetal grey colour scheme with the Gallifrey symbols was visually striking. But I do have to wonder. Did they film the Cybermen in Unit scenes first and then modify the Warrior costumes? Or did they make all new costumes for the Cyber-Masters?

She probably had. Jodie and David are close friends and David was shooting his regeneration scene a day after her, I think. Her character didn't know. I mean imagine that you can regenerate and change your whole body randomly in most cases, you also wouldn''t know, who comes next, would you? So there's difference between real and fiction. Real: Jodie probably knew. Fiction: the 13th Doctor had no idea.

They still act like Sacha is after Michelle, but since it's timey wimey, we can as well even believe, that Missy was the last and SpyMaster is somewhere between Saxon and Missy. Quite possible? Yea. Confirmed? Hell nope.

I've loved Doctor Who for a really long time. I think I'll always love it.
I've always felt skeptical of every new regeneration before I learned to love that version of the Doctor, Jodie's version captured my heart from scene one. There was no skepticism or nervousness about how she would compare to the other doctors. She nailed it and I'm so delighted to have gotten the chance to travel with her and Yaz and the others in those seasons. She's positive, she kind, she's optimistic and selfless and heroic.
