Hybrid Control Setup - Henny Penny Chick-Fil-A Fryers

The steps outlined in this video must be follow to properly set up any hybrid control whether after a new fryer has been installed or the control had been replaced.
Hybrid controls are used in fryers used by Chick-Fil-A. In this video, we used the control found in a PFE-500 pressure fryer; however, these instructions apply to any equipment that uses this hybrid control.
