when using in Logic Pro - the transport buttons are triggering several different buttons on the controller ! the sliders and balance and transport buttons work fine but as soo as you use the bottom transport the whole thing goes off lighting up multiple buttons and stopping Logic ! I think this need an update urgently ! 😒😬😬😬😬

Well I have some questions. I imported one of these for myself but it came without the manual and I couldn't find the manual on your website to download. Another thing I'm trying to map in Cubase 13. I managed to make the faders and knobs work, but the buttons don't work, Cubase recognizes them, I can indicate which action the button will perform, but when I press the button nothing happens and they don't stay lit indicating that that function is activated.

After the latest firmware update (v8) I can't send midi commands to my android phone via BLE. It connects but don't work Mackie Control or midi CC. Only works with usb cable. On windows via Bluetooth works well.

hey, just bought it to work with Loopy Pro on Ipad, i have some problems (i use only wired connection, i don't like wireless and i need this small device for portable and running from gigs to gigs):
1) When i change slide/knob paramter on midi monitor i see 2 devices:
SINCO SMC-Mixer-Master
SINCO SMC-Mixer-Private
and they sending same parameter at same time, is it ok?
2) I can't get LED feedback state in CC mode:
for example, i have button MUTE on Loopy Pro, i midi learn that to SMC Mixer, and pressing button on SMC working but i didn't have LED feedback on this button
However, if i switch to DAW mode on SMC and midi map some button to Loopy Pro "MUTE" it will have midi Led Feedback and this is what i want from this device
3) But in DAW mode i can't midi learn no knobs (it's work only as sending 0 when i rotate to one side and 65 when i rotate to another) neither sliders (they didn't send any controls)
If i solve this midi led feedback issue this device will be my favourite controller - all knobs/sliders/buttons wokring and feels amazing, just need to know how to get what i want)
4) I have 8 led under every knob and above slider, what are they need for? they never flash or have any indicate, how can i use it?
UPD: i figure out how to get properly feedback - in CC moder you HAVE to write parameter of "LED" that equivalent of this LED parametr in DAW mode
So for example if in DAW mode Track Button [1] [4] will be 24 YOU HAVE TO write "24" in this button in CC mode
upd2: seems this led feedback work for all buttons except Globe Button 8-9-10-11 (arrows up, down, left and right) bc in DAW mode they all have parameter 255

In Cubase, both are set to Mackie Control, and then use the left and right keys to switch a group of banks.

I'm using SMC on CAKEWALK. I configured it with the defaults in the manual normally. The channel buttons (faders), top knob, play, pause and rec work normally, but the big problem is with the GLOBAL NAVIGATION BUTTONS (, , up, down, left, right). When I press them using the cakewalk, the result is as if I pressed them repeatedly and infinitely many times. And it never stops until I turn off the Mixer. Is there any configuration so that they work normally, as if I had only pressed once?

Open the Preferences menu in Ableton Live, set the Control Panel to "MackieControl", and select "SMC-Mixer" for both Input and Output.

Hi, I can't get the buttons to work right. I'm using it with Cakewalk, and the buttons only turn things off, never turns them back on again. I have it set up as Mackie controller. Any ideas?

@@M-VAVE OK, I fixed it by switching to DAW mode, and I was able to assign my own button functions by switching from SMC -master to SMC-private on the device list (2 different devices came up)

Hello, whe i open MidiSuite there's no way to configure the mixer the way i want. It opens just a generic window with black and yellow faders but the don't respond to anything!

no, i meant the number of pages or banks.
For example, you open 16 track project in DAW.
On the first scene( or bank or page), you can adjust the volumes of tracks 1-8, and on 2nd scene - the volumes of tracks 9-16

Actually it isn’t based on any side soft.
Midi controller might have those options( several preset banks) or might not.
I see no hardware limitation in the video.

@@M-VAVE he means that on first scene ("preset") sliders will trigger (for example) CC 1 - CC 2 - etc - CC8, and on another "preset" this same sliders will be trigger CC 9 - CC 10 - etc - CC 16
Korg Nanokontrol 1 was able to switch scenes (1 to 4), Korg Nanokontrol 2 hasn't this option on hardware level, so users set scenes with software (and it's kinda sux - i have this softwares on mac/windows, but in current setup with ios i can't do this)
In next updates, if you wanna progress your hardware (i just ordered one from AliExpress) you can make a solution like "Shift + Play" = first scene, Shift + Pause = Scene 2
4-8 scenes will be enough asf, but this mean you'll need to explain this request from users (yeah, it's we are, people, who comment this page and excited about this new midi controller) to your programmers so they can change - in my opinon, it's easy to explain with korg nanokontrol 1/nanokontrol 2 difference
