Hello guys! We went through the mortgage application process and it was a confusing part for us and now when we have it all settled I would like to share with you what we went through. @@ultrasamy3017 A general rule of thumb is 3 times your gross annual income.
Some of the fees varies among different banks.. property agent fees is 2% according to law.. Now it is the best time to buy in Dubai.. as prices won’t go beyond 20% decline.. which what I consider a safety margin because we’ll never know the bottom market price of properties..

This information is for people living in UAE. How about if a foreigner living in EU want to apply mortgage? Which banks offer mortgage to foreigners. I heard Al Mashriq does that. Not sure if there is any other. Update plz if you have any information about that too. Cheers

Can you talk about in case job lose , how the bank gonna handle the situation? Will they really call the police and put people in jail or will do something to help the home owners?
There is this whole process where they try to reach you and email you then the report goes to police and etc before police gets involved. You can talk to the bank to sell the property and etc

Hi! Of the apartment cost more than a million than you can apply for resident visa, but it's only for 3 years and you pay for it yourself 😁
