The one thing I would say is. As someone who is young, and wanting to try a house young, but wont be able to save up more than 15% or so, wouldn't a credit score give me the best rate. As someone who had a 760 and no debt, meaning it is only rising over time. Wouldn't it be best to just keep not having debt, raise my credit score, and use *850 credit Restoration* instead of risking a higher rate
I have 2 chapter 11’s that are dismissed.The reason I have 2 is bcz I did not use an attorney.I was trying to stop an eviction,but when I went to try to add another month’s rent to the bankruptcy, but the guy filed another one. About a month later,I ended up losing my job.They are scheduled to fall off in January and March 2021.Since I’m looking to purchase a home soon but still there.I am currently enrolled in *850 Credit Restoration* and I must say,I am loving it thus far.I’m doubling it up with your podcast videos and learning A LOT! VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *850 Credit restoration* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well
Took a year for me to build my score from mid 400s to 600 where I’m stuck now. I have 2 credit cards, a self account, auto loan. Everything paid on time and utilization 5-10% paid off every month. Thinking of applying for a new credit card or something cause my score isn’t increasing Great recommendation, this helped me alot. *850 credit restoration* was one of the best things I had come across as far as boosting your score. I don't remember the actual number of how much but it was somewhere cool!!

I drove my first car in my dad's name and later went to get a truck in mine after I paid off my first one and drove off the lot with the truck I wanted, its mostly about a good credit score and a loan portfolio helps as well...lenders like to see various forms of loans in your name to be less of a risk and yes you might have to put money down but not HALF of the car loan Your exactly right I screwed my credit as a young man now I own a detailing company and can't get anything with out the full amount of cash. Credit scores are just a form of federal control, so if you want to continue living a good life? it’s important to have a high score. My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. *850 Credit Restoration* made it stay at that range and getting it up

Great video! I have a question, I have two fraud inquiries on my reports that I would like to get removed. I've seen your video regarding this, but Im still a bit confused. So I know my first step would be making a call with the credit bureau (Experian) but should I also make call what time? I never comment on RUclips videos but I felt compelled to tell you how much this video is about to change my life. How do you remove collections from credit report?
I like what I hear, I can tell you have some traditional ways or mindset as foundation but also progressive in using the credit. You resemble Dave Ramsey teaching but also progressive in the credit world. I know he would be not as progressive with exploring the credit, but I like what you're saying

What I think what Ash Cash meant to say was "If you use credit and run it up you lose. But if you leverage credit with creative financing i.e. (Airbnb/Peerspace/vacant land and/or vacant lots and Turo etc) you can build passive income and generational wealth.

Good afternoon, thank you for your video. I had two charge offs past the statute of limitations and I have disputed both items using notarized affidavits, the metro, e-oscar, and law even complained to the cfpb but THEY ARE STILL there. I was wondering if I send to the original creditor with a 1099-c request seeing they charged off and they and showing they are in violation of US CODE, FEDERAL REPORTING, AND even in violation of the IRS by them not sending a 1099-c? What are your thoughts and thank you btw?
I wish that people would stop talking about education. The education is not why people are broke. It is the mindset. Several of the Black billionaires in America are college graduates and some even have masters. Stop focusing on people accomplishments and focus on how they can use their accomplishments to achieve their goals.

However why do you allow entrepreneurs to come on your program claiming to give information for free. The last time I checked free doesn't entail credit or debit card information.
