I just stumbled across you so this is the first of your videos I’ve seen. I own real estate, rentals, and have been trading the stock market for over 20 years. I recently opened an LLC and used an attorney to do so strictly for the operating agreement. Banks tell me that’s the biggest hang up trying to loan money to LLCs. Your video just gave me a brilliant idea. I subbed and liked because of it. It also told me what I need to take care of on my personal side. You’re an Ace dude. I’m buying all your books to add to my collection too. Loved this video because it’s straight up. Lots of great stuff in this one. Thanks guys!

The bank don't know? The bank always know if you are doing business banking. Also, If you aren't disclosing your business debt "Liabilities vs Asset" that you have personally guaranteed, this is called wire, mail and bank fraud. So many of our people get caught up, mostly because we think simply because we got the loan that we didn't do anything wrong. Maybe not knowingly or on purpose. However, ignorance isn't and wouldn't to an excuse to break the law UNKNOWINGLY. We have to tweak the topic because so many things are involved outside of personal and business credit. Nevertheless, I always wish my brothers and sisters in the field great luck in real estate. Always educate yourself, get a mentor and then have your real estate attorney check into your mentor and then have your lawyer check into your lawyer. It's that serious, my comment is from experience and I did everything correct so I'm typing from a power of strength and not a lack of knowledge, Much Love.
