Not true…My LLC is only 4 months old. I got approved for 27K yesterday. That’s plastic not a line of credit. PG my shit my score is over 700. I have a relationship with Chase already. 2 personal credit cards, a checking account, an old DBA business account (which less than 1K pass through monthly in the DBA business account) I never had overdraft or a 30 day late with my chase credit cards. Relationship matters. You have to be patient and be strategic.
The speaker should be careful if she still works for Chase. If this is an un sanctioned interview she could get in trouble. I’ve been in business with Chase for several years, however I have a construction /development business

How is this a NO doc loan? They scrutinize EVERYTHING from cash flow to personal profile. That's is a VERY documented loan. SMH!
