Thank goodness Smokey is back with the humans who get animals. I could no longer watch her sadness and confusion with Chad. Love your Dad and Mum and Shannon, Kyle as you are so in tune with the animals and land. Stay strong 👍🏼❤️
@@laureljacobs8609 I don't know chance really not a animal person at all to be honest from what I see. I think that if grandpa wasn't having trouble with other animals I don't think Chad would have brought him back. Even the way he used to feed them he could have cared less if it was in the mud with dirt or whatever. I think half of the people only watch them because of the kids. Not just my 2 bit opinion. Not saying he isn't a nice guy he just isn't an animal person.
Chad is very in tune with his animals,he has had his eyes wide open in dealing with His beloved Smokey and I am happy to see how he puts all of his animals first, glad grandpa was willing and able to take Smokey back, and am blown away with all of you and Shannon s progress,it’s amazing how much you guys have done in such a very short time
Congratulations on getting onto your property. People that complain you took too long have never had to develop a property and get all the infrastructure put into place. Great job.
All campers have leveling Jack's. Just in some sites you need spacers because of uneven ground. Some Jack's are screw type but most are self leveling now.
We have leveling blocks and very stout stabilizer pads. There’s definitely a lot to learn about leveling an RV but so happy Kyle and Shannon are now permanently at Shady Acres.
You can tell that Shannon is a city girl, but boy isn't she becoming a country girl real quick. I love watching her dig right in and helping out, and not worrying about getting her hands dirty. She's right in there with Kyle and they make a great farming team!!! Great video
Ya'll do what's best for the pups. I'm just happy Smokey is home where she belongs. I'm so excited and happy for you. Way to go! Uh oh Shanon, Kyle is going to need a tractor now, a big one. 😳😁🤪
I am SOOOOOOO Happy for the both of you!! I have watched this from the get go & have waited for this day to happen. WELCOME HOME!! Shady Acers is the Palace of your dreams!! As for Smokey, I am so Happy she is HOME TOO!! She is going to love being back with her friends & Grandpa Adler. I know she loves Chad & Adler but she never felt right out their, her friends didn't go with her ((goats)) & I don't think she completely understood her job there with Bandit already being there. Her purpose/job was lost in her mind & she couldn't figure out what she was out there for. Food was her main comfort & even that turned out to be a fight for her..Happy to see her back at home!! God Bless & can't wait to watch the next exciting video!!
Good job Kyle. Congratulations Shannon and Kyle on having your home on site, very exciting. "One Day At A Time" has always been a favorite expression of mine, as well. ❤️&🙏
Congratulations Guys! It's got to be a great feeling knowing that you're finally on your land. Good job getting the camper up there Kyle! I know how nerve wracking that can be. You'll definitely want to level it completely before you open the slide or fill your tank. Use your corner jacks to help with this. If you put some stacks of wide concrete pavers under them it will help prevent them from sinking. You're going to find that after a short time in the weather your wood under the tires is going to sink and give way. Some leveling block might be some good piece of mind. A wide rubber jack pad for the tongue jack would be a good idea as well to keep that from sinking. Anyway.... not criticizing... just offering some pointers that you might find useful. Enjoy this new milestone in your journey!
You two are amazing, working together to create your dream, it is heart warming. You are both VERY hard workers, but Shannon it's wonderful to see you dont't mind getting your hands dirty, koodo's to you. Love watching your videos.❤ from Canada
Yay! I'm so happy for you two getting your camper to your property!! We have a fifth wheel - knowing how many boards you'll need to level it comes with experience more than anything. The biggest concern if NOT completely level is, it can mess up your refrigerator. Please keep an eye on that.
Kyle can we say Hydraulic floor jack. Then put it under the frame and put cement blocks for a base then crib it with wood, at least 3 places on either side. For a first timer, you did great.
Congratulations on getting your home on your land. I know y'all are so happy, y'all have worked so hard on your land. Love y'all and God bless y'all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
So happy and excited for your next step. I feel for Mr.Chad but its a early Christmas miracle Smokey home! Grandpa's a great man but it touched his big heart that she was gone. Plus someone's gotta get Batman back in line. He strutting like he's farm Boss! Lol
Great news. I'm so very happy for the two of you. Don't worry about what "we" want. You both wanted this to happen sooner more than we did. This has been your dream for quite awhile now. Remember your motto "One day at a time" and your dream is definitely going to happen. YAY 🙌 💖🎉
Well now thay you pulled a trailer with a long wheel bace, you now know what corner's go the road need to be widened for big truck deliveries of building supplies and a needed space for them to turn around to leave. That will make the completion of your farm easier and faster. Good luck and I am excited to see your dreams come true. After driving area I would think of a roofed area to keep deliveries safe from the weather and off the ground winter will soon be here. Then a roof area supported high enough to move trailer in and out with a some area to use and stay dry adding to living space while you are in the trailer. Winter can make them feel smaller. Living in.
Awesome!!! So good to see how well things are coming along at Shady Acres. I hope you give a lot of thought before you introduce Herc to Smokey. What she went through with Bandit may make her very Leary of new dogs. If it were I there would not be an introduction. Blessings to you and praying all goes good. ❤️🙏🏻
"WoWser"....you are there !! Another giant step for you guys !!!! So Happy for you !! Shady Acres just grew by two + their fur friends & Smokey also went home !! Excellent decisions by all !!
So excited for you having your camper at Shady Acres. Shannon you are so sweet.. It is a milestone to have it there. I felt the same way when my husband put our rv on our property. So happy for you two. ❤
I am so excited for u 2...YAYYYY.. To finally see y'all move the camper out of KOA and on to ur property is an absolute GAME CHANGER. But...I also wanted to remind you of that saying.....ALL GOOD THINGS ARE WORTH WAITING FOR. Love u.
That Kobota is small. You don't notice how small it is until Kyle is on it. It looks like Kyle is on a play to. He looks so big on it. Grandpa, thank you though for allowing them to use it. God bless and welcome home.
CONGRATULATIONS on getting your camper to Shady Acres. Also getting to use Grandpas tractor. I don't think Chad has been allowed to use it. Things are moving along great.
Glad you got the camper on your property but a word of advice... make show it's completely level so your water tanks don't flow over. We found out the hard way but having the water leak into our motorhome through the shower. Make sure you have a shop-vac on hand.
Congratulations kids on getting your temp, temporary area set up at Shady Acres. I can tell that you all are so much more relaxed knowing you are at home.
So happy for you guys. Hey, just want you to know....you are one of only two channels that I watch that I let the ads play ;) I have no doubt that between you and grandpa you will succeed with Smokey and Hercules. Just an FYI for the future...anytime you introduce a new animal to your homestead it changes the dynamic. Chickens included. You can't just throw chickens in with each other. They have a pecking order. If you do that....it is just plain cruel and there will be injuries. I am integrating new chickens to my flock and it is trying at times. Soon they will meet the turkey chicks. Probably about the time the rest have all settled in. Please don't assume you can just throw new chickens in with your original flock. I'm sure you will research on integrating animals. Same with dogs, cattle anything. Have a fenced area where they see each other and get used to each other. Put them in a fenced area that the only thing between them is the fence until you are somewhat comfortable with the outcome. Pay attention to ears up, tails down, pacing, crying, distancing etc. One more thing...doesn't your travel trailer have leveling jacks? Most have jacks for all angles of leveling. Unless you have them maxed out with the slope??? Shannon you are a natural at the camera too!!! Congrats.
So glad you are bringing Herc out to Shady Acres. BTW Herc used to be a missile system the Army had - we were stationed on Btry B in Swedesboro NJ in the late 60's
SO happy you've got the camper out there now! And btw, I've only seen Grandpa's tractor in the garage, I would have sworn it was bigger than that, lol.
Love your videos and enjoy watching them every time they come on. May the Lord bless you and your family and your animals. Hercules is so cute and big and learning so much. Glad the camper is coming to Shady Acres your going to be so happy
Great video. I'm glad you got your camper out on Shady Acres. I'm not a camping expert, but some people use jack stands to level and support their campers. It takes some of the weight of the tires so they don't deflate over time. I'm looking forward to seeing your next video.

Agreed
I understand what you're saying but I do think that Chad also understood that & made the best decision for Smokey. We will see.
@@laureljacobs8609 Chad did make the huge heart decision for Smokey and much respect ✊🏼. Not all people are able to intuite animals. It is a gift.

That’s what I would think also .. leveling jacks .. My neighbors did …
