I agree. I have one as a service dog. She is the most amazing dog I have ever had as a family member. She can help me get off the floor and many other very useful activities. She is incredibly intelligent and super easy to train. I plan to breed her and donate puppies to trainers who work with the VA. Helping my fellow Vets is the main reason I adopted her.
We have a Aussie Doodle, now 7 month old. I love him and i am always surprised, how smart he is. Unbelievable, how fast this dogs learns, intelligence toys should be a must for this dogs, because he needs to be kept busy, physical as also mental. Our Lucky is a wonderful dog and family dog.
Mine is a “Groodle”, Golden Retriever and Standard Poodle. Also known in America as a “Golden Doodle”. Loving , intelligent and friendly, easy to train and loves visitors. Does have a big bark, good for keeping strangers away.

Just bought 2 mini aussiedoodles. Smartest dogs I've ever owned. Potties trained in 2-3 weeks... they ring a bell on a string to be let out. After 1 day... yes..1 day... they would sit and shake on command. Super loving too.
@@susiehoyle6113 depends on the parents for size... mine had a 12 pound mini poodle dad and a 42 pound Australian shepherd mom.... so they usually get a mix of the sizes. I would love a Bordoodle or labradoodle, but they so expensive in Australia.. My daughter has a blonde border collie and she is very sweet except that she looses a lot of hair, and being chronic asthmatic I want an poodle dog. Thank for the Info.😊
My favorite of the cross-breeds is the cockapoo. In fact, we had one that was most likely a mix of standard poodle and a cocker spaniel. But then, we discovered one time after she was groomed, that she had eyebrows like a terrier.

The Australian Labradoodle is a mixed dog breed. It was developed from Labradors, Poodles, English and American Cocker Spaniels, Curly Coated Retrievers, and Irish Water Spaniels. ... And with more predictable traits than a first-generation Labrador Poodle cross.
My favorite dog in my life so far was a Poocairn. He was gray in color like his Mom and had the ears and coat of his mini poodle Dad. He was extremely intelligent and easy to train. He loved people and got along with other animals. His downfall was his barking which ended up with a bark collar. I used a vibrating one which wouldn't stop the bark from starting, but, he would stop. He went everywhere with me
When I was a child ( quite a while ago) I had a cross between a poodle and a collie, he looked just like a small old English sheepdog, he was a great friend!!
I’d like to add to the Lhasa poo characteristics. If yours has more Lhasa apso traits they will be good guard dogs. They were bred for that. As in barking very loudly to let you know someone’s there and let them know too. Not the whole biting thin. Mine is stubborn and always alerting us if anyone nears the door. But he’s also amazing Loving. He tend To rub his head by my side for me to pet him or scratch behind his ears. I also open my arms and comes straight into them. Like he know he’s gonna have a hug.
Don’t forget to mention these mixes are EXTREMELY high maintenance breeds. They’re unpredictable in coat, temperament, and health. Grooming will cost about 120$ every 8 weeks to keep Matt’s away. Brushing is an every single day job considering most of these oodles are mixed with a double coated dog, making them double coated curly dogs which is prone to more matting than a standard poodle would be. Remember, just cause the breeder says it’s true, doesn’t mean it isn’t. Do your own research and make sure you have the time and money it takes to make this dog a happy, healthy, and well mannered companion.
Nooo cant go wrong with any of these. What do you expect them to predict the stock market??? I would be ecstatic will all these mixes and that's what you get with wonderful abandoned shelter puppies that are grateful someone is going to lo vfc e them. Life with pups is wonderful because it is unpredictable and unique and fun. I dont want a robot dog I want a pup with tgeir own personality.
I have an Aussiedoodle. She is sweet, loving and a snuggle bug. I get her groomed every 3 months. Not sure where you live but it only costs me $70.00 each time
And at the end of the day they are mixed breeds…I’m actually saddened by it all. I believe in purebreds and all of the hard work that reputable breeders put into their lineage. I can’t believe all of the combinations and stop calling them a breed. I feel so bad for all of the poodles out there…if everyone loves cross breeding ALL of these breeds with a poodle then get a poodle for crying out loud…and to be clear they are not a breed.
Very disappointed you left out the best cross: Bernedoodles, especially Mini Bernedoodles, the F1 cross between Bernese mountain dog and Miniature Poodles. Always the smart, easily trained, goofy Poodle crossed with the Bernese- layed back, loyal, bonding tightly with their master. The Mini's do cost more but can be half the size of the Standard Poodle/Bernese which make a large to giant breed. Mini's can be from 30-40# range as females and males 45-55# range, it requires Artificial Insemination and after the birth, very close 24 hr supervision, bcuz the pups are so tiny and protection from being layed on is of utmost concern. Placing in a warming bin than add to that putting on to Mom to nurse every 2 hours. The intense nursery care pays off with an amazing dog in a very doable size for even smaller spaces with an adorable mid size bundle of love and fun for everyone's desire . They love to play but are happy to rest when you do. They love hiking, socializing - everything as long as they are with you. So sad you didn't acknowledge this amazing cross with the poodle. It gets even better when bred back for 2nd generation, F1b, an even silkier, curlier coat, that is always 100% hypoallergenic and no shed. The F1 % runs in the high 90s. I particularly love the mini Bernedoodle, F1 bred back to a full Toy or small Miniature Poodles. The results is a fluffy, super affectionate, playful, smart lap dog in the 15# range. Bernedoodles of any size should never be over looked, they are the diamonds of the designer dogs.
I have a F1 small standard Bernedoodle. She is incredibly smart and weighs 60 pounds at her adult weight. She is 23 inches tall at her shoulders. Perfect size for my taste. Her upcoming breeding will be with a small standard Merle Poodle. My tri color and the Merle should make some beautiful color puppies. Future papa is very intelligent also. I can't wait to see what their puppies will look like.

He will be 15 years old this July. I would love to find another one, but haven't found this breed in GA. I highly recommend the minipoo for any family.
You left out the Goldendoodle, Golden retriever and poodle mix. They are adorable, very adorable dogs. Antiallergenic and not shedding. They are very good with kids. We love ours very much!
I wish you would touch on how puppyspot is a puppy mill that doesn’t do any OFA testing on the adult dogs at ALL and then charges an outrageous price for mutts. Or the fact that all these mixed breeds can have severe anxiety issues or even aggression and a very strong prey drive. That’s why there’s so many rehoming websites flooded with doodles. People buy these cute little puppies and then they grow up and get nervy and neurotic. The only RESPONSIBLE way to get a dog is either adopting from a a rescue (and yes there’s doodle rescues) or going through a licensed breeder who has done OFA on their breeding stock and their dogs are multi titled in sports or conformination.

I would think the best poodle mix would be a poodle mixed with another breed known to be smart easy to train, loving and a good fit for your family. I had cockapoos at various times and I just loved them. They are the oldest "designer breed" in the U.S. having been bred since the early 1960's. my favorite mix breeds is siberpoo because it is true that they are loyal kind and they are realy loving sometimes they are quet rud but i love the mix breed and i have a siberpoo.
I have one. Ive never experienced a more high energy level dog in my life... I’ve never seen her pant. She’s also too smart for her own good. I wouldn’t recommend them to novice owners, or ones that don’t have time to spend 50%+ of their day with the dog. My only saving grace is i have another puppy, so they play together when i’m at my jobs and don’t get as lonely.
Really? A dalmatian poodle? That's got to be one of the most egregious ones I've heard yet, along with a malidoodle, please inform yourself, we need to stop with the doodle nonsense
This video has numerous errors and just plain wrong information. The most egregious is the Australian Labradoodle. There is nothing correct in the content except the photos. Australian Labradoodles are the original Labradoodle that was created in Australia for a hypoallergenic service dog. Because those breeders used service-temperament (not hunting or show dog) labradors and poodles, they were incredible dogs and many people wanted them. So they bred them down in size and across colors and created a breed, they are not a two-breed hybrid. There were numerous other errors in the descriptions of other breeds, so do your homework outside of this video!!!!

Great choice! You got one?:)
@@DogWorldHQ no! I think there way to expensive.
I have one
Well, this explains half the dogs I've seen but didn't know what they were. "Havapoo?" "No thanks, I had one this morning."
You forgot the yorkipoo! I have one and she’s the best ❤️
I like more than one. Intrigued with dalmatian-poodle cross. And Irish setter-poodle cross. I liked some of the smaller crosses also.
Really? A dalmatian poodle? That's got to be one of the most egregious ones I've heard yet, along with a malidoodle, please inform yourself, we need to stop with the doodle nonsense
I have a yorkie poo and a jackapoo, and they are both amazing dogs!
My Fiancee and me adopted a 2 month old Shihpoo a month ago! She a sweetheart
Where is the Poogle (Beagle, Miniature Poodle) ?

What about the Chihuahua and poodle mix
What about Maltese and paddle ????
This video has numerous errors and just plain wrong information. The most egregious is the Australian Labradoodle. There is nothing correct in the content except the photos. Australian Labradoodles are the original Labradoodle that was created in Australia for a hypoallergenic service dog. Because those breeders used service-temperament (not hunting or show dog) labradors and poodles, they were incredible dogs and many people wanted them. So they bred them down in size and across colors and created a breed, they are not a two-breed hybrid. There were numerous other errors in the descriptions of other breeds, so do your homework outside of this video!!!!
Australian labradoodles are not a breed, they're literally a mix, and the creator of doodles even regretted doing so
What about the cockapoo. They are great.
I have a havaschnoodle cute and loving
I have a Springerdoodle ❤
