- It can be hard to figure out if your baby is meeting the developmental milestones that they should be. This developmental milestone video will walk you through the milestones to look for with a three month old so you can measure your progress. This is research-based, stemming primarily from the Ages and Stages Questionnaire(ASQ-3). I found the Ages and Stages Questionnaire super helpful and I hope it is beneficial to you, too!

I really kinda stopped watching for milestones and just enjoy having my baby.
i understand what you mean. However, milestones are important so parents know if they need to do intervention and/or give special attention where and when it’s needed sooner than later.
My 2 month old hitting these 3 Month milestones. 😮
The only thing my baby isn’t doing yet is smiling at himself he stares at himself so seriously😅 but he also hates tummy time he holds his head up for a few seconds but it’s wobbly and he cries after a couple minutes of it
Pushing up off your chest counts as tummy time too! It’s what we had to do. My second resisted a lot too!

My baby is 2 mnths 3 mnth thursday coming however her hand always close she open it on her timing I'm trying to put object in her hands to open them she hold a little then drop the object
My 10 week old is hitting all the milestones except laughing. She smiles A LOT but no giggles thus far… :)
If she’s hitting everything else in communication, it sounds like she’s doing great! Our first made us really, really work for those laughs so they came a little later for us, too!

My baby 2months old already doing all of this😩😍
My baby has such a hard time lifting his head. He can do it but he cries and HATES tummy time. As soon as a put him down in tummy time he cries. He holds his head up for a few seconds but he can’t push himself up. He’s like 2.5 months old. I started doing more tummy time with him in hopes he will eventually enjoy it

My baby will be 3 months in a week and he does most except trying to grab toys or staring at himself in mirror , any tips to help him want to grab his toys?
My little boy is 3 months old and he can sit in a shopping cart or high chair. If I hold him steady with only support for balance, he stands, takes steps and jumps, and he loves to jump in a jumperoo which I already had for my older daughter. He can roll over on his own. He's also wearing size 12 months clothes already. Sadly he never fit the vast majority of clothes I got for him because he grew so fast.
I miss the newborn stage which he never really had since he was born at 10lbs 6oz. He held his head up momentarily in the hospital on the second day and by 2 weeks it was steady. I wonder if he could have been born late because of his size and development. I wish I can hear from someone else who has a baby like mine.
My 14 week old has reach all of these except reaching she will stare really hard like she wants to get it but she doesn't actually reach for it

Some babies truly make you WORK for that laugh! Our first laughed for the first time when looking at a balloon! 😂
My baby hates tummy time
Can I just say to people who are worried about children not making the milestones and friends pressuring you to do more with your children. My daughter is severely disabled and never met the milestones and wasn’t diagnosed for a few years so it was very heart breaking. I love her so much and she has taught me the most amazing love ever. Just please be aware of the other side of the line 😊

Hi Jo-y. I know what you mean. I have learned to not use this experience just looking for milestones. My little one is different but he's amazing.

How to help a baby if is straggling to popped
What always helped us was doing bicycle motions with our daughter's legs when she was backed up.
