Aluminum scaffolding outrigger coupling manufacture.

I love using my rotary table on my milling machine.
I machine a new coupling end for an aluminum outrigger on scaffolding.
The original cast one broke so I machined a new one out of solid aluminum.
I use my lathe, milling machine and my rotary table.

Job well done. Suggestion: I would have put a radius in the corners to make it stronger (given that that is where it broke off originally)

Nicely done, I assume for this application it doesn't matter that the leg is now shorter by the amount you cut off the pipe to remove the old broken flanged end? (Leg is adjustable anyway)

No not a problem. The legs are moved up and down to suit the surrounding surface so has a large range of movement. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers Mike
